I, __________________________________________________________ hereby offer my rate in percentage (%) of Estimate cost of work as a Consultancy fees proposed to be render for providing Consultancy Services for engaging for proposed providing drinking water supply under Integrated water Management plan for Mandoni and Sindoni Patelad of District Panchayat, DNH project a project Consultant for preparation of detailed project report (DPR) including design of intake well, WTP, ESR, UGSR, pipe line network, pumping machinery etc., and Project presentation and thereafter preparation of detail Structural Design and Drawings, details cost Estimates, and providing technical assistance for clearance of the design, drawings, and estimates from the Government institution engaged by the U.T. Administration for vetting. The work shall include the terms as given in tender documents. (Note - Rate offered in percentage of proposed entire project estimate cost)
