The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last 7 years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works costing not less than ₹ 1,46,40,078.00 - Two similar completed works costing not less than ₹ 2,19,60,117.00 - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than ₹ 2,92,80,156.00 The bidder should have prior work experience of having successfully completed similar works, which include all types of building works, including RCC framed structure and MEP.
