Providing Corrugated G.I. sheet of Class-3 roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L Hooks, Bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or G.I. limet washer filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and Truses (1) 0.80 mm thick sheet.

Providing, laying and jointing in true line and level 25mm dia. U.P.V.C. pipe (SCH-40) for cold water including fittings make PRINCE / SUPREME / ASTRAL / FINOLEX or equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge. Pipe shall be fixed on the wall with the help of clamp at every two metre C/C or shall be concelled as directed including necessary fittings etc. including testing of pipe and joints and fixing the same with adhesive solvent, including cost of all materials.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. The water proofing membrane terminated by tucking it into the groove made on vertical plane, the groove sealed with Cement-Sand Mortar, etc, all complete. The Joints of the top Layer of HYDROSTOP 3PY M Should be released with TIKI BOND.
