Providing and Fixing in the position Reinforced Concrete, Mediumduty, Non-pressure Pipes, Class NP3, withends of the Pipes Suitable for flush joints conforming to IS: 458/2003 (Fourth Revision) with up-to-date amendment Nominal Diameter of Pipes 900 mm given under inmm including Hume Pipe for canal structures including handling, toeing, filling the joints with filler materials and cement mortar 1:3 curing etc. complete includin gall lead, all lift sand cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication, supply & Erection Canal gates of water tight structural steel sliding type low heads luice with gate leaf and frameas per IS: 5620 complete with brass/stainless steel liningof appropriate size for seal seat sand sill and seals of rubber/metalguides, hoistin grod, scre who is tand duly painted gates and all other parts of gate arrangements, exposed embedded parts and all un-machined ferrous surfaces, exposed towater, as per IS 14177-94, for which surface preparation by blast cleaning of Class “B”, primer coat (one coat) of inorganic Zinc silicate (preferable airless spray) or alternatively, two coats of zinc rich primer (containing not less than 85% zinc ondry film), to give dry film thickness of 70±5 microns and finish coat (two coats) of solvent less coal tar epoxypaint, using airless spray, to providedry film thickness of 150±5 micron spercoat thus, total dry film thickness of all the coats, including primer coating, shouldnot be less than 350 microns. This will include expenses on mobilisation & demobilisation of equipments. etc. complete including all lead, lift sand cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing cast in-situ, cement concrete M-20 with graded metal of maximum size of 20mm for R.C.C. work (excluding cost of reinforcement) including form work, mechanical mixing, laying, vibrating, curing, cleaning and finishingetc. complete includingall lead, lift sand cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directedby Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing steel reinforcement bars (tested) for R.C.C. including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, all handling, placing in position and binding with 0.9 mm annealed binding wire confirming to I.S. 280-1978 (including cost of bindingwire) etc complete, Cold worked steel highstrength bars conforming tograde Fe415of I.S.: 1786 etc. complete including all lead, lift sand cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providingand fixing A.C. pipe 100mm dia with grating for weepholes in abutments, wingwalls and returnwalls etc. complete including all lead, lift sand cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Filling foundations and around masonry works with materials obtained from spoils including watering and ramming etc. complete including all lead, lift sand cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 with 40 mm graded stone ballast for in-situ sleepers for lining in Canal bed and canal side slopes including formwork, vibration, finishing, curing, cleaning etc. complete includingall lead,all lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Tamping in canal bed and sides including saturation upto 30 cm depth for preparation of earthen sub-gradebe fore laying in situ cement concrete lining etc.complete including all lead, all lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position LDPE film of 150 Micron (0.150 mm) ISI Mark 2508 (Grade 231), including heat-sealed joint sat ends as per IS:9698 etc. complete including all lead, all lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position precast concrete slabs 60mm for canal lining, precast in M-15controlled cement concrete with Graded stone ballast of maximum size 20 mm conforming to IS:3860 laid over 15 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:5 and in joints including formwork for precasting vibration, curing handling, hoisting etc. complete in clusive of cost of mortar etc. complete including all lead, lift sand cos to fall materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Providing and Filling contraction joints Groove of 20 mm depth as per IS:3873withhot applied sealing compound IS:5256 including cleaning and washing grooves, painting its inner surfaces with primer IS:3384 at the rate of 1 litre per 4 sqm for in-situ concrete lining etc. complete including all lead, lift sand cost of all material sasperdesign, drawings, specification sand as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 with graded metal of maximum size 20 mm for coping over walls and at the top of lining, laid in alternate panels of 1.50 m, including form work, tamping, vibration, finishing, curing, cleaning etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position cement concrete 1:2:4 with 40 mm graded stone ballast for safety ladder IS:3873 including form work, vibration finishing making 10 mm wide grooves, curing, cleaning etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
