Repair of concrete :- Providing and applying 20mm to 100mm VHS a non-shrink, cementitious precision grout powered by ViscoCrete technology and designed to achieve high early strength and exceptional ultimate strengths at a fluid consistency. The grout should be non metallic and contains no chlorides, comply with ASTM C-1107. Resurfacing :- Providing and applying 5mm. thick solvent-free, three component thixotropic epoxy mortar based on a combination of epoxy resin and selected quartz aggregates on glacis, bucket, teeth, syphone portion, wall surface of dam including preparation of old surface of concrete after a lapse of three months or more for laying fresh epoxy mortar surface cleaning by chiseling, sand blasting, etc. complete. The manufacturer must be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified and valid certificates must be produced as proof. The resin system (resin & hardener) should be tested in accordance with ASTM, C881, Type I& IV, Grade 1, Class C specifications except for gel time, should have a mixed density of Neat Resin: 1.1 ± 0.05 kg/l and for Mortar(1:5): 1.96 ± 0.1 kg/l at +27°C, should have heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 50°C in (7 days) at +25°C according to ASTM D-648. The material should exhibit following physical properties: 1. Compressive Strength for neat resin/Mortar (1:5) according to ASTM D 695 at 25oC in (1 day) should be 70 N/mm2/65 N/mm2, in (3 days) should be 75 N/mm2/70 N/mm2, in (7 days) should be 80 N/mm2/75 N/mm2, in (14 days) should be 85 N/mm2/80 N/mm2 and in (28 days) should be 90 N/mm2/85 N/mm2. 2. Tensile Strength according to ASTM D 638 at +25°C in (7 days) for neat resin/Mortar (1:5) should be50 N/mm2/15 N/mm2 respectively. 3. Tensile Elongation in % according to ASTM D 638 at +25°C in (7 days) for neat resin/Mortar (1:5) should be 2/0.3 respectively. 4. Water absorption according to ASTM D 570 for Neat resin/Mortar (1: 5) under water immersion for 24 hours after 7days cure should be 0.25% & 0.56% respectively. Consumption /Yield : Primer (Part A + Part B): consumption is 0.1 - 0.2 kg/m2, Mortar (Part A+B+C): Consumption is 2.2 kg/m2 per mm of thickness. All three components pack (resin, hardner & filler) sould to be factory made and sourced from same manufacturer. i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness and rates are including cost of all material and labour and equipment, arrangments of all scaffolding, i/c all leads and all lifts of all materials and equipment including curing, finishing and other operation required for maintaing cleanliness of construction etc. complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
