Supplying and fixing flat rubber seals size (80X10 mm) and stainless steel counter sunk bolts/nuts/washers of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, removing of existing worn out/damaged flat type rubber seals from gates, cleaning surface, making holes in new seals, fixing new rubber seals/bolts, nuts, washers tightly in position, scaffolding etc.. complete with all lead, lift, tools and tackles all necessary material, transportation, complete with labour charges etc. and satisfactory test and trial at site as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fabrication, machining with straitening work of guide tee (105X10X6 inch), track ,sealing frame (MS flat size 60mmX6), leaf frame or any parts of gates complete as per drawing with testing, including cost of all materials, machining, machinery, labour, tools and tackles cutting aligning, welding, finishing ,cleaning etc. applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and two coat of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint etc. complete as per specification and approved drawing with all leads and lifts, including packing and forwarding, Transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Casting machining and assembling of Headstocks Size (3' height) and spur gear box size (27''X 24

Providing ,fabrication, threading , machining ,straitening of MS round bar complete with testing including cost of material with machining labour, cutting aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning etc complete as per specification as directed by engineer-in-charge. Stem rod size -63 mm dia, 5181mm (17 feet) long

Providing & fixing of 10 MM Thickness MS chequered plate for foot bridge of Cross regulator gate included with cutting, welding, grinding, turning etc. Complete all lead, lift tools and tackles, all required arrangement, labour and transporting charges at site as directed by engineer-in-charge. size of foot bridge = 15.00m x 1.5m and 4.5m x 1.5m

Excavation in hard soil including50m lead and 1.5m lift with dressing with transportation &labour charges and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Size - 1000 mm x 1000 mm x1700mm= 1.7 cum for 1 pole so for 2 pole 1.7x7=11.9Cum

Designing and providing suitable RCC foundation in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for 3 metre to 12 meter high GI octagonal pole including steel reinforcement, form work, embedding 2 no 50mm dia PVC pipe for cable entry in each foundation, excavation disposal of surplus soil and curing etc. as specification.

Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of hot dipped galvanized (single dipped, minimum 86 micron) 12 meter high mast pole on existing RCC Foundation with all accessories and equipment, main detailed as below to with stand max wind pressure as per IS 875 Part -3 including for 2pole as specification. Complete with all lead lift tools and tackles transportation &labour charges and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. the job includes
(a) HM shaft made of approx. weight 340 kg, sheet thickness 3&4 mm, nominal dia 360 mm on bottom and 150 mm on top, base plate 25 mm thick 520 mm dia, approved no of section (not more than 2) having suitable sectional lengths with slip joints between sections without any circumpherencial welding.
b) Doble drum which with integral single phase power tool (electrical) for lowering and raising of lantern carriage on high mast with separate handle for manual operation of which with a torque limiting device for safe locking of carriage
(c) Raising /lowering type laten carriage designed to carry specified nos of luminaries control gear box, junction box.
(d) Top pulley assembles with weather proof cover.
(e) Necessary suitable length and size stainless steel wire ropes (minimum 6 mm dia and 7/19 construction) for lowering and rising of lantern carriage.
(f) Suitable size and length multicore flexible copper power trialling cable (minimum 6 sqmm)
(g) Hinged service door in base section.
(h) Base plate earthing terminal
(i) Suitable arrangement for supply distribution with termination of suitable size underground cable in high mast
(j) Lighting conductor finial made of 25 mm dia ,300 mm long G.I. tube having single prong.
(k) Anchor plate,term plate ,GI Foundation bolts min 6 Nos of 24 mm dia 750 mm long (EN 8 Grade ) along with nuts washers etc. (RCC Foundation and Luminaries will be paid separately)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 60w,90wp monocrystalline panel -12.8 v ,52 ah Lithium ferro phosphate (Life Po 4) Battery hybride solar street luminaire of housing made of extruded aluminium and IP 65 Ingress protection .The all in one solar street lighting system having system lumen output up to 120 LPW (as per LM 79 report of NABL accredited lab only) ,CCT of 6500 k(+/- 500k) and CRI > 70,L70 should be of 50000 hours or more.The luminaire should be having SMD type LEDs with secondry lens /optice suitable for street lighting application ,MPPT charge controller and DC driver and automatic dusk to down operation feature.The all in one solar street light must have hybrid feature under which LED light can be operated by both AC mains & DC supply .The integrated luminaire should have monocrystalline ,PV module ,Lithium battery pack having up to 10 hrs of autonomy with full power mode and upto 36 hrs of autonomy with saving mode ,specially designed in built PIR sensor allows to sense motion i.e. if a human is within sensor range then street light is at 100% full power lighting mode otherwise ,if no movement is detected to save energy it dims down to 30% of power complete with all lead lift transportation labour charges etc and satisfactory test and trial as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of Cross Regulator and Escap canal gates exposed embedded parts and all machined ferrous surfaces, exposed to water, as per IS 14177-94, for which surface preparation by blast cleaning of Class “B”, primer coat (one coat) of inorganic Zinc silicate (preferable airless spray) or alternatively, two coats of zinc rich primer (containing not less than 85% zinc on dry film), to give dry film thickness of 70 + 5 microns and finish coat (two coats) of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint, using airless spray, to provide dry film thickness of 150 + 5 microns per coat.
Thus, total dry film thickness of all the coats, including primer coating, should not be less than 350 microns. This will include expenses on mobilisation& demobilization of equipments.
For maintenance painting, the surface preparation shall be done by appropriate hand and power tool cleaning. Prior to hand and power tool cleaning, any heavy layer of rust should be removed by chipping. Visible oil, grease, dirt and other foreign material be cleaned using solvents like clean mineral spirits xylol or white gasoline. After hand and power tool cleaning, the surface should be cleaned of loose dust and debris Band / or blast cleaned as laid down in Para 7.0 of IS Code 14177-1994. After the surface preparation, the primer and finishing coats shall be carried out as provided above for painting.
(ii) Beyond 1.5 m height, complete with all lead lift transportation labour charges etc and satisfactory test and trial as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of structural components of hoist including supporting structures and surfaces of hydraulic hoists unexposed to water as per IS:14177-1994, for which surface preparation by blast cleaning of class ‘B’, primer coat (two coats) of Zinc phosphate primer to give dry film thickness 155 Item No. Item Unit Rate Remarks of 40 + 5 microns per coat and finish coat (one color) of alkyd based micaceious iron oxide paint to give dry film thickness of 65 + 5 microns followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint, using airless spray, to give dry film thickness of 25 + 5 microns per coats, at an interval of 24 hours. Thus, total dry film thickness of all the coats, including primer coating, should not be less than 175 micros. This will include expensed on mobilisation and demobilisation of equipments. For maintenance painting, the surface preparation shall be done by appropriate hand and power tool cleaning.
