providing and fixing hydraulic oil reservoir for 100 MT Capacity hydraulic hoist with alll accessories like power pack duly filled with hydraulic oil, cylinder pipe line limit switch control panel, pump motor (actuator) and valve etc. complete required as per site condition and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling, Removing of existing irrigation sluice service gate and emergency gate complete with all lead and lift of materials, machining scaffolding, crane/lifting arrangement etc. complete required as per site conditionand as per directed by engineer in charge.

Cleaning and removal of all possible hindrances obstruction in path of the irrigation sluice service and emergency gate grooves including cleaning, machining works and all type machines, cutter all necessary equipments required at site like, generator etc. mobilization & demobilization, idle charges of man materials & equipments all types of safety protocol, risk etc. would be managed by firm and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Design, drawing fabrication, supply and erection of structural steel vertical lift gates for canals and dam sluice etc. above 5.00 meters head fix wheel type with gate leaf (complete with skin plate stiffeners, ballast weight if required, guide embedded parts) first stage anchors sill beam fitted with stainless steel flat, rollers, track fitted with stainless steel flat guide tee, rubber seal etc. as per IS: 4622 duly painted as per SOR Item No. 1854 and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Stainless steel materials works on above gate fabrication work and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling and Removing of gate chamber MS top cover and replacing by 20 mm thick stainless steel plate and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Fabrication, supply and erection on an elevated platform to place the associated different parts of hoist and operating system to protect from water/any leakage with epoxy treatment wherever needed and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of dewatering system complete set as per site requirement having 10 HP centrifugal type pump with all accessories like pipe, cable, electrical panel board switch starter and fitting etc and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of Dehumidifier system for Protection/ safety of electrical equipments etc and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Utility vehicle (Tata 407 Gold SFC Truck of equivalent) for transportation of equipments/ machineries/tools/spare parts/etc to carry out E/M repair works at site or to repairing centers which could be situated at Korba, Bilaspur, Raipur or wherever the repair of parts/machineries would be possible and as per directed by engineer in charge.

Design, drawing, fabrication, supply and erection of structural steel column structure as per relevant IS code consistng of vertical columns bolted with adequate size anchor rod with proper bracings supports between the columns and all other accessories required for erection of EOT crane assembly structure including required civil work (with all leads and lifts) to be carried out for constructing the foundation base, carrying the foundation bolt/ anchor rod for erection of column and applying two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer and three coats of synthetic enamel paint etc, surface preparation for painting preferably to be done by blast cleaning and painting by using airless spray to provide adequete dry film thickness complete as per specification, including packaging and forwarding charges for structural steel components and other materials, as per site condition and directed by engineer-in-charge. The cost of all materials, labour and machinery, equipments (like generator, cutter, driller, welding machine, energy charges etc.) required for cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning etc, mobilisation and demobilisation, all type of safety protocol, risk etc would be manage by the firm.

Design, Drawing, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of EOT crane as per relevant IS code consisting of double girder box type construction, rail mounted end carriages with long and cross travel arrangement, main and auxiliary hoists of specified capacity, rails, pendant control, gear boxes, electric motors, brakes, rope drums, wire ropes, sheaves, end buffer stoppers, pendant operated DSL bus bars with all accessories for main and auxiliary hoists for handling pumps and accessories in pump house including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, greasing, applying two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer and three coats of synthetic enamel paint etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings, including packing & forwarding charges for structural steel components and other materials and as per directed by engineer in charge.
