Providing and fixing in position 12 mm thick pre moulded fillers non extruding and resilient type (bitumen impregnated fiber, I.S.1838-1961), in expansion joints including cleaning of surface etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position PVC water joints 225 mm wide (type 104) embedded in RCC works in expansion joints with heat sealed joints etc. complete in all respect etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing Cold worked steel high strength bars conforming to grade Fe 415 of I.S.: 1786 reinforcement bars for RCC including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, all handling, placing in position and binding with 0.90 mm annealed binding wire confirming to I.S. 280-1978 (including cost of binding wire) etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundations and around masonry works with materials obtained from spoils including watering and ramming etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10cm long, with steel lugs, embedded in cement concrete blocks 1x15x10cm of 1:3:6 with 20mm graded metal or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make complete including Applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, excluding the cost of metal beading and other fittings except necessary hinges or pivots as required Doors & Windows fixed etc. complete. including all lead and lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 2mm thick ready mix exterior grade putty (Birla wall care, Alltek Superfine W/R of (NCL), J.K. wall putty) on walls to make the surface smooth and even including Wall painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new surface with plastic emulsion paint (IS: 5411-Pt-I) to give an even shade etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 5.00 HP 4.8 KW Solar Pump set with foundation frame connection of suction, delivery pipe with required capacity of solar panel and its all component duly connected with control panel, operating panel with the backup power system for 24 hours arrangement, fencing of premise including maintenance of whole solar system, solar pump set for 5 years 5.00 HP 4.8 KW etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, Jointing & field testing of PN 6(6 kg/sq em) High Density Polyethylene pipes, (HDPE) confirming to IS: 4984/ 14151/12786/13488 with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector or jointing pipes by heating to the ends of pipes with the help of Teflon coated electric mirror or heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other, to form a monolithic & leak proof joint by thermosetting process it may be required to be done with Jacks/hydraulic jacks/by fusion machine (50 mm and above fusion jointed and below 50 mm mechanical jointed) etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Providing And Fixing butterfly valves including jointing & testing PN 1.0 with cost of joining material such as bolt, nuts and ubber insertion all complete as per IS: 13095-1991. (Valve above 200 mm dia should be gear operated) etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fixing and commissioning C.I Tamper proof Air valve of approved make body and seat ring of bronze PN (Pressure numbers) 1.0 conforming to IS: 14845 of specified diameter with all fixtures including cost of all materials, machinery, labour 160 MM dia etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position PVC moulded coupler for PVC pipe line of 160 mm Dia with all materials. etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position PVC moulded-Elbow for PVC pipe line with all materials. etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Design and construction of underground pipe distribution network for hose irrigation system, excluding rising main but with pressurized irrigation with duty of 0.45lit/sec/ha and of working/operation pressure not exceeding 4kg/cm2 with following provisions:- 1. HDPE/DWC/SPIRAL DWC/ MS/DI pipe conforming to BIS codes and relevant international specification for pipes 63mm to 900mm diameter,. 2. Pipes of MS/DI conforming to relevant BIS codes for pipe dia greater than 900mm. 3. MS pipes shall be with 400 micron food grade epoxy/500 micron polyurethane for inner surface and shotcrete/3 LPE/1000 micron polyurethane coating on outer surface. 4. DI pipes shall be with cement mortar lining with seal coat for inner surface and zinc coating on outer surface The rates are inclusive of: a. All works like excavation, preparation of bedding, laying, joining, backfilling testing and commissioning and testing of the system as per specifications and codal requirements, crossing of all natural drainage, nailas as per requirement of work complete. b. Providing and fixing all required valves, bends, manifolds, controls etc conforming to BIS/European related standards including. Supply, Erection and and Commissioning, testing of Outlet Management System with outlet duty of 0.45 lit/sec/ha up to minimum 30 ha which should be able to control the flow as per desired minimum pressure of 1.5 meter exit gradient at service outlet which shall consist of orifice type of nozzle able to deliver desired flow of 4.5 lit/sec/ha at highest point of field facilitating uniform distribution of water to al the users irrespective of its location, elevation and distance from the water supply source including recording, measuring, monitoring and control with suitable power source and alternatively by solar power with three days back up capacity with no recurring cost for Communication with all lead lift and cost of all material and as directed by engineer in charge

Operation, running and maintenance of whole system for 5 years & Handover to WUA etc. complete including all lead all lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Unit in RS/Hectare/Year)
