Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (asian or berger brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting roofs or othe iron work in large areas with one coat priming and two coat of approved (above or equivlent) including supply of all materials, labour Tools & plants etc. required for proper completionof the work.

5.18 Providing precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size ), reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits. 5.18.1 50 mm thick

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm.layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M.lift and 30 m lead .The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30 m distance as directed by the Engineer incharge.excluding royalty. Wherever applicable for small work or Abadi area.( Where machine can not reach/move)

Cartage of ballast , Kankar, Coal , grit or sand including loading & unloading but excluding stacking on pakka roads : (Cartage for 3km).The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in- 30m.distance as directed by the Engineer incharge excluding Royality .Wherever applicable for small work or Abadi area (Where machine can not reach/move)

Hirring including Operation & Maintenance of Vacuum sweeping machine including all consumables for sweeping and cleaning of carriageway, Service Roads/Pucca side benns etc withing the right of way of way of road having (a) Exhaust air quality within the ambient air quality standard in respect of PM 10 particles (b) Engine emission norms as legally permissible in National Capital Region of Delhi (Presently BS-VI Norms for Diesel machines or CNG engine machines) (c) Machines with minimum dust tank capacity of 5 cum and minimum sweeping width of 2m and fitted with hydraulic dust unloading facility and fitted with GPRS for tracking its novement. (1) All necessary consumable such as brushes oil and lubricants and any other required for smooth running and functioning of acum sweeers shall be provided by the supplier/contractorowner of machine and no clam shall be entertained on this account (2) The oerator for oprating the machine and helper/supervisor shall supplied by supplier/contractor/owner of machine and no claim shall be intertained on this account. (3) The machine shall always be near and clean in good working condition not older than 5 years. (4) The working hours for staff and machine are 8 hours. However due to traffic restriction or any other reasn not anubutable to department, the cuming of working may change I.E Cleanin can be done early in the morning or late in the right. No claim shall be entertained on this account. The price quoted should be Lum sump Quote per month (excluging GST) for daily cleaning of areas under specified Industrial Areas as directed by Engineer Incharge.
