Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safetyfeatures for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done).

Providing and applying premium enamel or approved equivalent grade gloss/ stain paint to all type of smooth steel/ wood/ cement plastered etc surface for 2D & amp; 3D Artistic Wall Painting. The surface to be painted shall be made free from any loose paint, dust, grease and any fungus, algae or moss, on it shall got be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water and the surface shall be prepared according to relevant IS code or Details mentioned in DPR or CPWD / PWD document prior to painting. Details of painting coats, DFT, Drying Time, and other relevant details shall be as per DPR and CPWD / PWD document. All materials shall be of recommended makes as mentioned in the Detailed Project Report Annexure. The color and pattern/ color combination of the paint shall be as per the direction of Architect / Engineer in charge. Contractor has to submit photographs of building with colour combinations for sample selection. The stock of the quantity for all materia l as manufacturer’s theoretical consumption (per unit of actual surface area) shall be made available at site before commencement of the painting work.
