Winding/reeling of unserviceable/ old/ used steel cord belts by mechanical means on empty rolled frames alongwith other allied works of shifting/handling of belt reels (from site to central location), minor rectification of empty rolled frames by welding works etc. at different locations of Silo Section of Dipka Expansion Project. Approx quantity of scrap belt to be reeled by weight is 647 Tonne (for 15 Km length). Note:- Winding/reeling machines, Crane, Truck etc as required for the work will be in the scope of Contractor for loading, unloading, shifting of reeled belt as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Note: (i). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 20 nos. (ii). All manpower must be VTC trained and must be provided with safety equipment such as safety shoes, fluorescent jackets, helmets, safety belts etc. Providing of these safety equipments will be under the scope of contractor. (iii). Loading, unloading, shifting, handling of belt reels etc from site to Stores / central location as per instruction will be in the scope of contractor. (iv). Winding/reeling machines, Crane, Truck etc as required for the work will be in the scope of Contractor. (v). All fasteners, consumables, packing and other necessary items for above works are in the scope of contractor. (vi). Rates are inclusive of Contractor's Profit, tools & tackles & other overhead expenses etc. excluding GST.

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
