Maintenance of old pre developed grass Lawn, Hedges, potted plants, plants in garden in all seasons including cutting, mowing, weeding, watering, manuring, replacing damaged part, levelling including tools, tackles consumable, labours, manures and pesticides etc. as required time to time, as per standard expertise so that during the contract period any time Lawn, hedges, plants should look healty, well kept, well groomed, clean fresh and pleasing to eye . (Minimum 16 labours & one superviser are to be deployed per day excluding one day as a weekly rest). The scope of the work includes the following: (a.) Maintenance of seasonal flower in summer season=1300nos , (b.) Maintenance of seasonal flower in winter season=2200nos, (c.) Maintenance of ordinary flower plants=6000nos , (d.) Maintenance of Lawn Area =7984.00sq.m. , Additional New Area = 960.00 Sqm, (e.) Maintenance of Hedges 810 Rmt and decorative/fruit plants throughot year.2000. Location wise Deployment of Labour (Minimum per Day) : Shaheed Smarak & Baba saheb statue =1no , Front of gate,Garden no 2 =1no , Newly constructed seasonal flower bed =1no , Garden no 3&4 =1no , Garden no 5&6 =1no , Garden no 7&8 =1no , Garden between wing No1 & 2 -2 Nos , Back of post office,cycle stand =1 no , CMPDIL office front side,main entrance plantation = 1 no, Main big garden = 4 nos , Shifting of potted plants from green house to new Admn. Bldg. and maintenance of 1300 potted plants = 2no Total deploymrnt 16 Labour + 1 Supervisor
