Scope of Work for Contractor: 1). To depute one CCTV Technician with helper/rigger every day or as and when required for servicing/ attending/ rectification of faults. 2). To keep all necessary spare parts that may be required for rectification of faults in CCTV setup. 3). Regular inspection/cleaning/servicing of parts of CCTV (i.e. camera, NVR/Switches, connectors etc) 4). Major repairing if required is to be carried out at contractor's workshop for which contractor shall arrange their own to/fro transportation. 5). Contractor should rectify the faults within 04 hours. Note: Please refer to page no. (26-28) of NIT or Annexure-A in the uploaded tender documents for Terms & Conditions of CAMC of CCTV Camera.
