Drivage of 02 Nos, underground stone drift

Drivage of 02 Nos, underground stone drift by Hiring of Road header for High Speed mechanized drivage of drifts (606.20mx5.0mx3.0m) and (515.05mx5.0mx3.0m) length and interconnection (240mx5.0mx3.0m) considering 3m progress in one day, gradient 1 in 5, total length 1361.25m along with high speed mechanized roof and side bolting by suitable bolting machine (any number of bolts as per instruction of EIC) in stone/hard stone/rock including arranging on their installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of various Electrical and Mechanical equipment's for the purpose of drivage/cutting of strata, roof and side bolting, fixing of wire net to support strata, providing temporary support, mechanized handling & disposal of generated debris up to suitable distance from incline mouth at ground level by means of belt conveyor, dewatering, removal of slurry, supply of water to equipment's, ventilation, monitoring of mine gases, illumination, mechanized haulage of material, setting up of electrical connection to various equipment's, surveying to maintain perfect gradient and alignment etc. all complete as per statutory requirements by DGMS and as per instruction of Engineer In charge. Supervision and execution of the work will be done by a person holding Overman, Mining sirdar, Surveyor, Forman & Technical Competency certificate which will be hired by contractor. Any other requirement as per mines act, rule & regulation and any order made there under shall be treated to be included in this item and etc. including for the said drifts. Note: - 1. All materials provided by the contractor. 2. All installation, operation, maintenance and related shifting will be done by the contractor. 3. Roof bolt rod, bearing plate, W- strap (as and when required), resin capsule, electric power up to ACB and water in tank/ reservoir will be provided departmentally on free of cost. 4. Transportation of all materials by the contractor from surface to working site and working site to surface. 5. Mucking of drift drivage materials through belt from working site to surface.
