The SECR has issued a formal invitation for competitive bids for the South East Central Railway project, for Total Qty. = 12 Units, Description - Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarter Block Nos.: 904/1-4 And 882/1-4 (type-i, 08 Units With Ac Sheet Roof), 785/1-2(type-ii, 02 Units With Gi Sheet Roof) & 1107/1-2 (type-ii, 2 Units With Rcc Flat Roof) I.e. Total = 08 Units Type-i & 04 Units Type-ii, Plinth Area - 511.28 Sq. Mtrs. Remarks:- (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Before Taking Final Delivery. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway.(3) All Outer Side Fencing Iron Item (angle, Tie Bar Etc.) Excluding Rails Has Offered For Auction.(4) Any Hidden Materials Like Rails, Beams Etc. Found During Dismantling Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder. (5) Auction Components Do Not Include Pvc Doors, Chainlink Fencing, Fencing Gate, Pipeline Fittings, Electrical Fittings, Electric Pole, Rails, Water Tank If Any Found Is Not Offered For Auction And Same May Be Returned To Stock Holder. Special Remarks - 1) Due To Complexity Of Lots, Free Delivery Period Against This Lot Will Be 80 Days As Per Railway Board Letter No. 2015/rs(s)/709/5 Dt. 29/01/2016 Under Chapter No. 7.4. 2) Material To Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis & Quarters Will Be Delivered In Nos. in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
