Exploratory drilling of boreholes down to required depth, drilling of 150mm dia. 2 boreholes in all type of soils except hard rock & large boulders (boulder core more than 30cm) including refilling, reinstating surface and disposing off surplus material including use of mechanical rigs with power operated winches as well as percussion/chiselling tool for advancing through occasional seams of hard strata to be employed, where necessary in Dry area. 10m to 20m

After Declaration notification, publicity of the same to all the owners by distribution of 10 notice, affixing the notice on the notice board of every village office, Panchayat/Talathi's office for information and seeking Claims under Determination of Award, taking photographs as proof of fixing etc. complete with consultant's own man power, stationary/Xerox/ consumables, including transport arrangement etc. complete in all respect. Note: Here unit Each means Village.

Preparation and submission of land acquisition proposals duly collecting land and 7 village maps from revenue authorities and marking the proposed alignment including land widths forland acquisition purpose including copies of pahanis/Nakshas and khasras of individuals from the Revenue department of relevant districts /villages including plotting the details of length and width of land requirement and all other parameters as required for land acquisition, furnished details in form A & D and making booklet with all contractor's Engineers supervisors /Technical assistants drawing and other required equipment overhead charges etc. required for collecting the details from revenue department as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in consultation with railway department.

Assisting Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) for land acquisition, preparation of details from available land records for publishing Prelimary notification after notification, publicity of the same to all the owners by distribution of notices, affixing the notice on the 9 notice board of every village office, Panchayat /Talathi's office for information and seeking objections under relevant section of land Acts, taking photographs as proof of fixing acknowledgement from Project Affected Person/Peoples (PAPs) etc. complete with consultant's own man power, stationary /Xerox /consumables, including transport arrangement etc. complete in all respect. Facilitating Public Works Department for survey and valuation of affected structures, 11 and any other value addition to the land etc. complete in all respect, with consultant's own man power, stationary/ printing/consumables, including transport arrangement etc. complete in all respect. Preparation of necessary documents for issue of notifications under section 11, 12 & 19 or as per any other relevant section of the New Land acquisition act 2013 or old act in force for stage-I & II approvals duly attending the JMC of revenue forest and railway authorities including making 8 arrangements for conveyance to the officials necessary labour for pulling chains and fixing flags etc. and assisting in taking measurements preparation of sketches making the booklets in 6 copies to submit to the revenue authorities with all contractor's supervisors tools vehicles consumables all lead and lifts involved stationery Xerox copying charges etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note for 11,12,13- If projects declared as 'Special Railway Project ' than land acquisition be processed as per New RAA- 2008 and accordingly proposal be prepared as Para 20A,20E etc.

Facilitating CALA for preparation of Land Looser Certificate/Lesser Assesment Register, 15 chasing the matter and further submission to Tahsildar, Circle officer (Mandal Adhikari)/ Talathi for transferring land title with consultant's own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc. complete. Note: Here unit Numbers means No. of plots.

Casting, transporting and fixing precast RCC boundary pillars with M15 grade of size 350mm (bottom), 230mm (top), 1550mm height, 100mm thick or as per approved drawing/sketch 3 supplied including engraving the letters SECR and applying one coat of primer, and two coats of red enamel paint and painting the engraved letters with white paint including excavation of pit and fixing into ground up to 900 depth with contractors OP cement, steel, labour, tools, materials all lead and lift involved, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking photographs of structures with name board of each Project Affected 16 Person/Peoples (PAPs) and submission of hard copy with all details of PAP such as name, survey no. structure details etc. with consultant's own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc. complete. This should be submitted village wise in 2 copies one with ring binding and other loose. Note: Here unit Each means Per structure.

Taking out 100mm dia. & 450mm long undisturbed samples of soil from bore holes, 7 including provision of air tight containers for packing and, labeling incl. transporting the samples to laboratory. Piston sampler shall be used for extracting undisturbed samples where necessary. Samples shall be collected as per IS:2720.

Calculation of land widths and preparation of land plans in original on tracing cloth/film of 70 microns required for the land to be acquired duly indicating chainages and widths along with alignment including station yards to a suitable scale as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Photography /Videography, numbering of agriculture (fruit bearing) & forest trees within the Railway boundary and beyond Railway boundary up to proposed ROW as per joint measurement sheet by making notch of size 100x100mm, painting white paint on it and numbering 19 the trees in each survey number with red enamel paint . Taking photographs and video shooting of the trees of each survey numbers of the village coming under acquisition in private land and Railway land separately. Preparation of document as per proforma enclosed and submission of same in soft & one set of hard copy. The item includes all contractor's material, labours, transportation tools & plants , etc . For private land, number of trees should be identified as per Survey no./Land owner wise and within existing railway land, the number of trees should be identified as per Railway Km/EP.

For panchnama due to noncompletion of joint measurement due to mass opposition in 20 a village or stretch with Revenue Staff & land owners/sub- holders, incl. survey equipments, manpower, etc. including transport arrangement etc. complete in all respect with all contractor labour, materials tools & plants

Conducting Aerial Topographical Survey with DGPS integrated RTK/PPK UAS DRONE 1 based photogrammetric and Lidar to capture ground features and assets along the given alignment including Yards. Trolley/Loco Based Lidar System shall also be conducted to get uniform accuracy and data through out on the final approved alignment for Final Location Survey/DPR within an accuracy of 5cm RMSE. Survey will be done for width of around 100m. In mid section and around 250 m in yard. However final width requirement shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Following output should be delivered: 1.Topographical base map in AutoCAD format of 1:500 scale having all the naturals & manmade features such as buildings, road, tracks, platforms, walls, yards boundaries, fences, signals, electrical mast, FOBs, LCs, RUB/ROBs etc. In .DWG or .DXF format. 2.Contours at an interval of 50 cm in DWG or DXF format. 3.Digital Elevation Model of 1m resolution in ASCII format and DWG format. 4.3cm resolution (GSD) Ortho-photo in ECW or TIFF format which can be opened in CAD. 5.List of Control points established onto the Ground using DGPS (every 2 km as primary control points on existing permanent Structures.) 6.RTK (every 250 m) along with their Latitude, Longitude and elevation. 7.NSSDA report showing accuracy achieved in comparison to control points established. 8.Digital Terrain Model showing accuracy achieved in comparison to control points established. 9. Preparation and supplying of Yard Plans (ESPs) of various Stations along the alignment showing proposed position of track and related structures based on concept plan on Auto Cad and submit in CD along with miniature A4 size yard diagram. 10.The levels shall be provided at every 25 M interval and each 5 M for cross section upto 30 M beyond toe/edge of bank/cutting of BG formation for cross section and must be shown in plan. 11.The Reduced level/Rail level shall be connected with standard bench mark. 12.Longitudinal section (L-Section)/Cross section and alignment plan will be prepared on computer in Auto CAD and submitted in soft copy as well as hard copy. 13.Index plan and index section in soft copy as well as hard copy. 14.Processed 3D point cloud in LAS format. The item also include staking of approved alignment with RCC Pillars (150 x 150x 900mm size with 300mm projected above ground level) at an interval of 500m, (with wooden pegs 50 x 50 x 450mm size) at every 20m where track is away from the existing track or where it is advised by Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of wooden pegs is inclusive). The RCC Pillars shall also be fixed on curves indicating transition portion, apex point, crown of curve, beginning and end point of circular curves, (5 locations for each curve) at major bridges two pillars one or either side, including submitting list of distance and coordinates of centre line of proposed BG line from centre line of existing BG line at every 25m interval. He shall also submit the list of existing infringement to the proposed BG alignment as per latest SOD for BG. The proforma for the same shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Payment Schedule for Item No.1 of Schedule : A. 70% payment shall be made on submission of the report. B. 30% payment shall be made on approval of the work by the Railways.

Providing and fixing cast-in-situ or precast M-25 RCC concrete centre-pillars of size 150 x 150 x 900mm with 300 mm projected above ground level on straight and curves as per Scope of Work & Technical Specifications with Contractors' own materials, tools and plants; including all leads and lifts and crossing of track etc.; including all taxes and royalties complete; including painting, 2 marking the pillars at site; including fixing of posts at curves indicating transition portion, apex point and crown of curve, beginning and end point of circular curves as per the setting of curve done in item no 1 etc. The rate includes the cost of all material including cantering, shuttering, cutting, binding, reinforcement, cement etc all inclusive. The exposed surfaces should be smooth and neatly finished. Main Reinforcement shall be 4 nos. of 8mm Ø bars and stirrups of 8mm Ø @ 200 mm c/c spacing. Note-The pillars may be erected as directed by the Engineer in-charge along proposed centre line of BG track and Chainages shall be marked on these pillars.

Preparation of LWR / CWR and Weld Plans: For Continuously Welded Rail (CWR) track for as much length as possible, for which the Contractor shall prepare the CWR plans for the approval of the Employer in accordance with the design principles/provisions contained in IR LWR (Long Welded Rail) Manual based on approved Track Structure. The consultant shall submit advance copy of the Weld Plans on white paper for approval of Employer. After the approval of Employer, the Consultant shall submit drawings in 3 (three) hard coloured copies on Polyester based tracing paper (100 to 150 22 Microns) and two soft copies on CD. The scope includes required corrections and modifications as suggested by approving authorities of Railways till its final approval. Required follow up with various approving authorities including required explanations on various provisions/facilities in the ESP shall be arranged by consultant. Note: i) The colour scheme to be followed in the drawing shall be as per standard practice of IR. ii) Payment will be done as per Stages given below - Submission of Weld Plans and approval by Dyce ) / CON / BSP and CE/CON : 60% - Submission of Weld Plans and approval by Divisional HQ : 15% - Submission of Weld Plans and approval by Zonal HQ : 15% - Submission of Weld Plans in hard & soft copies : 10%

Facilitating Competent Authority for preparation of order for transferring the land with 14 all documents required such as Site Survey sheet, Vivaran- Patra, possession receipt, etc. Submission to respective Tahsil with consultant's own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc. complete.
