South East Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work within the last 07 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the requirements are similar but applied to each component of the tender. Additionally, for subcontracting, the subcontractor must have completed at least one similar work with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subletted in the last 5 years. However, no prior work experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The bidder's financial eligibility is assessed based on their average annual contractual turnover, calculated from the total contractual payments in the previous three financial years. The definition of similar work is any civil works, and the bidder must submit an experience certificate and relevant documents to support their claim.
