Providing and laying auditorium stage flooring at the site 8 mm thick PERGO Kahrs, inter tex laminated wooden floor of approved equivalent (Class of use 23(31) AC-5 as per en 133) with top of specailly development substrad core of plank size 1288x196 mm having SMART look tounge and groove construction with edge duly impregnated to secure long lasting joints, secured togather conforms to EN 13329.The under ttay has to be a 1.8 mm thick ALKAKI RESISTANCE POLYTHYLENE sheet (PERGO Polythline foam of approved equvalent with a 2 mm thick extruded polythylene foam of PERGO or approved equvilant on top of to secure the floating for installation. All including all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Proving & fixing of Mineral fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with 16mm thik nicrolook edge tiles of size 595x595 mm as approved by Engineer-In-charge, in true Horizontal Level Suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised @120 gsm/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" Runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 15x38 mm made from 0.30 thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center to center to form grid of 1200x600 min and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimunt) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, whereeveer required, cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fitting, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" rummer to be suspended from ceiling using GI slooted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasterners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main "T", bottom exposed width of 24mm of all "T" sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specification drawings or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The tiles should have Humidity resistence (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance 83%, Thermal Conductivity K=0.052-0.57w/mk, colour white, fire performanceUK class 0/Class 1(BS 476 pt-6 and 7) in module size of 600x600x16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for green Building Application, with recycled content of 38-41%. The tile and grid system used together should Carry a 15 year warranty.

Providing and installation of Acoustical Wall panelling above 2400/3000 mm height of stretch NRC by using FR grade NRC fabric of size 1700mm width, shall be stretched by using wooden base 10mm thick, rigid vinyl stretch Tracks half wrap/ Full wrap 25mm and midseam 25mm, strand, synth PF with requisite accessories and tools. Woodenbase 10mm is first installed on the wall along the marking lines with metal fasterners at 300 mm centers, track to be installed on wooden base, by using base tape (by removing the protective cover) for a true and continous secure grip, and heavy duty fasterners at 15mm centers on both sides of the stretch tracks. Strand square egde magnestic bonded wood fibre panels of size 600 x 1200 x 15 mm having density 400kg/ Cum, weight 4-8 Kg which is fixed to wall. Synth PF 10 x10 mm thick adhered on strand panel by using stick 7 adhesive. Fabric of width 1700 mm is then allinged to the stretch tracks by following the fabric thread lineor pattern. The fabric is stuck on the align tape(By removing the protective cover) at the same time as being stretched and tucked into the stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinckles with the tucking tools. Note minimum 50mm additional fabric is required for tucking hance maximum module with would be 1600mm.
