LED Floodlight luminaires for Sports applications supports the latest TV broadcasting standards and features a control platform. Luminaires to provide high level of lighting quality – no flicker effect in televised applications. LED luminaires with single DMX driver. LED Sports Flood Light luminaires housing shall be one single unit with Remote gear, specially designed Optical System & each single LED Light of total system of 1500W to 1700W. Fixture with SMD High Power LEDs, Individual LED >1W and 130lumens/W Tj – 85deg C. Limits of the harmonic current to be as per IS: 16103 (Part 1): 2012 and IEC 61000-3-2 with Total Harmonic Distortion < 10% for the complete fixture. Note: COB type LED chip is not acceptable. MultiChip LED is not acceptable. LED Luminaires housing – body shall be corrosion resistant molded aluminium finished in colour of raw aluminum with Molded aluminum Mounting Bracket. Specially designed Aluminium Heat Sink, with feature of additional cooling using fan module for better thermal characteristics. Molded aluminium Driver box. Electrical Compartment of Driver box with cable glands for cable entries, and push – in terminals enabling electrical connection to driver box. The end-caps can be easily opened to access the bolts to aim the floodlight; the slot-hole in the bracket facilitates flexible installation. The Floodlight shall be minimum IP66 for outdoor application with IK 08. Optics Luminaire should have single diffuser for homogeneous beam and polycarbonate lens for dedicated rotational/symmetrical optic with reduced glare properties. Various Optics should be available to meet the design criteria & optimize the design for an efficient system. (minimum 3 symmetrical optics for optimum/efficient design from extranarrow to extra wide (2x6° to 2x19°)) with zero ULOR. CCT - 5700 K( + 350K ), CRI minimum 90; TLCI per color code: >85(certificate should submit with tender submission document). SDCM Max 5. System Lumen output minimum > 150,000 lm.at ambient temp of 35 deg C. Efficacy of Luminaire at Optical level of System > 110lm / W. Weight of the luminaire without driver should be less than <20Kg. The LED Light Fixture shall have CE certification and must certified as IEC60598 for outdoor luminaires. Maintenance of lumen output L70B50 shall be 50000 Hrs at released outdoor ambient. Operating temperature range -20 up to +45 °C. External Surge protection with Thermal Protection (TMOVs) of minimum 15KV with capability to withstand a minimum of 15 pulses. Fixture below the Light with IP 66 protection for incoming and outgoing wires on SPD and Light. The SPD shall follow IEC 62305 & IEC 61643-11- 2011. The Driver unit shall be UL/EN certified. The driver unit shall be certified for 45 deg C ambient temp operation. All components shall be mounted in an outdoor enclosure made of GI /aluminium sheet or on the mast in the luminaire with due ingress protection (IP 66) and IK 08 . The Driver unit should have a power factor is > 0.95. Luminaire & Driver both life class should be 50000 hours at operation temperature range with a failure rate of max 0.5% per 5000 hours & CE certified. Driver has option of DMX dimming control to use with suitable dimming control & control accessories. The Driver shall be filled potted epoxy encapsulated, efficiency >85%. Flicker Frequency <1%. Driver fix back of luminaire or remotely at max 200m distance . Lighting firm (OEM) should have own or dedicated vendor manufacturing facility for High Wattage LED fixtures (more than 1500W) in India. Lighting OEM should have completed minimum 5 DMX enabled International level broadcasting sports stadium in India with similar flood light in last 5year. Luminaire shall be in a single Piece pressure diecast alluminum and Modular type is not acceptable. Luminaire and driver should be of same make & individual BIS should be submitted at the time of tender. The OEM should have own NABL accredited Test Laboratory in India with capability to check all photometric parameters.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 33m/34mtr Hot dip galvanised, polygonal high masts with fixed head frame/cross arms suitable for mounting up to 50nos of Sports lights as per design norms requirement complete with all accessories with aviation lamp as required and it must follow as per below specification. The mast should be designed considering base gust wind speed 33km/s or as per IS 875 and thickness of GI coating should withstand at the speed of 33km/s. Price shall include suitable 1.2m Lightning Arrestor . Design and construction of Casting of suitable Raft foundation depending upon the soil bearing condition after testing for the High Mast with specification as per above.The foundation has to be designed as per safe soil bearing capacity report. Foundation shall be designed for wind pressure, earth quake and other loadings as per latest IS code of practice. Polygonal high masts offered shall have following special features: structurally designed in accordance with PLG 7– latest edition considering the gust wind speed as per IS 875 prevailing in the region. The steel used for the high mast structure shall comply with IS 2062 grade E350 / BS EN 10025 or Equivalent having minimum yield strength of 350 N/Sq. mm for high mast structure. The Base Flange shall be manufactured from high tensile steel plates confirming to IS 2062 (E250 Grade) / BS EN 10025 having minimum yield strength of (Grade 65) 450N/Sq.mm and silicon content less than 0.06%. For the environmental protection of the mast, the entire fabricated mast shall be hot dip galvanized internally and externally having a uniform average coating of 90 microns for plates more than 6 mm and upto 90 microns for plates 6 mm and less thickness or as per site requirement. The Zinc shall have minimum 99.995% purity confirming to IS 209. All similar parts shall be made strictly inter‐changeable. For metallizing, the process as per ANSI/AWS WCZ/D19.0‐72 or other National/International standard/Guidelines shall be followed. The thickness of zinc coating by metallizing shall not be less than the minimum specified for hot dip galvanizing. The masts sections shall be joined at site by slip‐stress‐fit method and minimum overlap distance shall be 1.5 times the diameter at penetration. Must have submit HT sheet test certificate for stadium mast from prime manufactures. The mast structure save wind speed as per IS 875 Part‐3 2015 (three second gust) and shall be measured at a height of 10 meters above ground level. The design life of the mast shall be 25 years. The force co‐efficient taken for design of the twenty‐sided polygonal structure is to be established from the wind tunnel test data. All welding shall be undertaken and performed as per WPS/PQR in strict accordance with BS 5135.or AWSD1.1. The head frame cross arm brackets shall be of suitable steel construction. IS 875 specifies the zone, terrain category & maximum considered wind speed. However, design should be to withstand at least 200 Kmph as per the client. The high mast manufacturer should have in‐house civil, structural and product design facilities and the shaft is to be manufactured from ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified factory. All MS parts including hardware shall be hot dip galvanized as per BSEN‐ISO1461 or equivalent. Platform and Head frame of the Mast in Stadium mast shall have a fixed head frame at the top of the mast. The head frame shall be with a 15‐degree tilt for aiming the luminaries to the proper points. The tilt also helps the maintenance man, while working on the top. The head frame shall have a shaft section like other mast sections in the middle and cross arms to mount required number of luminaries. Suitable provision shall be provided in the cross arms for fixing of luminaries and support the cables. Suitable opening on each side of the shaft and window in back side is to be provided to take and facilitate passing the cables to the luminaries through cross arms. A suitable platform on top of the mast for maintenance man can safely stand on the platform and work with railing on three sides for safety purposes, ladders from the platform to the top of the head frame for access to the luminaries mounted on the cross arms. Design stability of pole and foundation should verify and taken approval from any NIT/IIT with in 15days before execution the work (it is in vendor scope).

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of external manrider unit for accessing the head frame of High Mast. The unit shall be suitable for safe load carrying capacity of 300kg with climb speed not exceeding 9m/min.
