Supply and Installation of (Credence, Anutone or Snowstrom) Soak Plane Mozaic, square edge, fabric wrapped magnesite bonded 2mm wide pinewood fiber core panel ,GreenPro certified, with plane finish, of 295 diameter, thickness 15mm four Soak Plane shapes (Square, triangle, rectangle and parallelogram) of same thickness randomly placed to create incredible patterns, having volume density 400kgs/m3, weight 6 kg/m2 adhered on Tufbloc Spots, square edge, 1200x2400x10mm installed by using framework of CC50 at every 600mm C/c. First framework on wall to be erected so as to achieve desired profile and finish level as per arch dwg.Members of framework to receive Tufbloc Spots should be @ 400mm c/c max. Tufbloc Spots is then fastened perpendicular to framework behind with self drill drill tip fasteners.3-4mm gap to be maintained between adjacent Tufbloc spots panels on all sides and filled and finished in depth with Seam kit. Soak Plane Kontour of 295mm diameter are then adhered on Tufbloc Spots using Stick GS to achieve desired mozaic pattern. The system is backlined with the acoustical infill SynthPF 10x50 adhered on wall with dab spots of Stick S7. Supply and installation of (Credence, Anutone or Snowstrom) Stretch Dekor Grafix system consisting of Dekor Grafix fabric with polyester core, digitally printed acoustically-transparent face covering of choice colour, size 1.4m, stretched by using combination of Strand2 primer 600x1200x10mm ,Strut SE15 Tracks, SynthPF 10x25 infill with framework of CC50 channel at every 600mm C/c. First framework on wall to be erected so as to achieve desired profile and finish level as per arch dwg.Members of framework to receive Strand2 primer should be @ 600mm c/c max. Strand2 primer panels of size 600x1200x10mm, density 400kg/m3, weight 4kg/m2 are then fastened perpendicular to framework behind (framework by contractor) using suitable fasteners. Wooden/ply base 12mm are then installed on Strand2 primer on marked lines with metal fasteners at 300mm centers embedded in plastic sleeves. Fix Strut SE15 full wrap , Midseam and Outer corner, rigid FR-PVC high strength tracks square / bevel edge on the wooden surface by using heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/both sides of Strut Tracks. SynthPF 10x25mm is then adhered on Strand2 primer,inbetween tracks, using Stick 7 adhesive. This completes the substrate to receive the Stretch Dekor Grafix acoustical membrane. The Stretch Dekor grafix acoustical fabric of width 1.4m is stretched and tucked into the Strut Tracks and secured to the locking jaws with purpose-specific tucking tools to obtain smooth, taut, wrinkle-free finish. Ensure the weft and weave of the fabric along with the surface all oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. Note: Minimum 100mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1300mm.(i/c Staging /proping work up to 15m hight)

The frame to be screwed to the wall using wooden plugs and wood screws of size 50x8mm at an interval of not more than 300mm centre to centre. The grid to be supported using 6mm M.S. hanger bars at 1200mm centre to centre both ways bent, hooked, fixed to existing R.C.C. roof with fastner or to the truss as the case may be and bolted to the grid with the help of suitable M.S. holding cleats, complete.

Supply and Installation of (Credence, Anutone or Snowstrom) Pixel 0308, perforated GFR gypsum panel, backlined with acoustical fleece, having 3x3mm square perforations @ 8.33mm pitch in H8 pattern - 8 % open area, size 1200x2400x12.5mm tapered long edges, volume density of base board 700 Kgs/m3, weight of basr board 9Kgs/m2 installed by using Strut ceiling framework. The Strut ceiling framework system shall include Strut WC25, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.50mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 20 & 30mm and web of 25mm, fixed along the perimeters of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at every 300mm centers. Then suspend Strut MC45, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.8mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 15mm and web 45mm from the soffit at 1200mm centers with Strut SA25, fully knurled, Suspender angle with sectional thickness 0.45mm, unequal flanges of 25 & 10mm such that free end of Strut MC45 rests on Strut WC25 along perimeter of wall.Extra support to be added near jointing of two MC45 so that end cantilever should not be more than 150mm. Strut CC25, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, web 50mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to the Strut MC45 perpendicularly at 600mm centers for upto RH70, at 400mm centers for RH70-RH90 and at 300mm centers for RH90 and inserted inside the Strut WC25 at the perimeter. Pixel 0308 panel is installed on the Strut CC25 with suitable fasteners at 600/400/300mm centres. The tapered long edges are then filled and finished with Seam AJC and tape (tape not by Anutone). The short square edges are also similarly finished but no tape. Apply one coat of white primer (not by Componey) with roller brush evenly across the Pixel surface to achieve uniform colour. The system is backlined with the acoustical infill Synth PF 10x50. Extra support to be added near jointing of two MC45 so that end cantilever should not be more than 150mm. The Strut CC25, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, web 50mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to the Strut MC45 perpendicularly at 600mm centers for upto RH70, at 400mm centers for RH70-RH90 and at 300mm centers for RH90 and inserted inside the Strut WC25 at the perimeter.Pixel 0308 panel is installed on the Strut CC25 with suitable fasteners at 600/400/300mm centres. The tapered long edges are then filled and finished with Seam AJC and tape (tape from contracter side). The short square edges are also similarly finished but no tape. Supply and Installation of (Credence, Anutone or Snowstrom) Subtex Nubby, square edge,Glassfibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having volume density 120Kgs/m3, weight 1.8kg/m2 suspended using 0.3mm thick Skelet Trelis T24 metal grid system. Skelet TrelisT24 ceiling grid system of 600x600mm module includes Skelet WA24W30,sectional thickness 0.4mm, with equal flanges of 24mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the Skelet MT24W36,sectional thickness 0.3mm, with flange width 24mm, height 38mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT24W12,sectional thickness 0.3mm, with flange width 24mm, height 32mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T24 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T24. Finally Skelet CT24W06,sectional thickness 0.3mm, with flange width 24mm, height 32mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT24W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T24 to result in 600x600mm module. Subtex Nubby , Square edge of size 595x595x15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600x600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade.

Providing and fixing Chhattisgarh Government backlit logo finished in acrylic. The entire frame of the signage is made from ACRYLIC by cutting it utilising 3d CNC machine with a 3mm bead for better finished edge and smooth surface. A 120 bulb led strip is applied on the base of the signage with adhesive and the base is framed with a 45-60mm curved acrylic frame on 4MM ACP for support. The C.G. logo is printed on vinyl and then applied on acrylic for making it backlit. All the items are assembled with adhesive and hung on wall using hook applied on back of the ACP.
