The payment shall be made on a quarterly basis as per the direction of EIC. Operation of all equipment -mechanical, electrical and electromechanical, all complete as per scope of work mentioned in Schedule -D Section II Scope of Work. . Note:- 1) The rate is per quarter. This includes: 1)Supply of electrical/mechanical spares for maintenance as per scope of work specified and replacement of critical parts as per requirement.
2)Chemicals and Consumable (sodium hypo chloride, chlorine cylinder,Poly electrolyte etc . 3)Monthly Third Party Water testing.4)24x7 Watch and ward and security of STP plant premises and Intermediate Pumping Station 5)All Labor Compliances.6)All Legal compliances.7)Repair maintenance of sewerage collection network and recycle water network 8)Dechoking & flushing of sewer lines. (Note:This rate is inclusive of GST, water charges, contractor's profit and overheads & cess all complete.)2) The rate will be quoted for the 1st year, which will be increased @ 5% per year from the previous year.

Operation and maintenance of developed sewerage facilities of STP 1(7 MLD SBR based sewerage treatment plant.)at Naya Raipur Atal Nagar as detailed in scope of work mentioned in Schedule -D Section II Scope of Work.. The payment shall be made on a quarterly basis as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. Note: 1) Currently, the STP 1 sewerage collection network is not completed in all respects. Hence, no raw sewage is available for treatment. STP machinery will be run by using clear water stored in the clear water reservoir and recirculating water. After completion of the Raw sewerage network, the comprehensive maintenance will be done the same as the mentioned scope of work for STP 2, and the charges will be paid as per the quoted rate for STP -2;which will be increased @ 5% per year from the previous year. 2) The rate is per quarter. 3)We presume that the sewerage collection network of STP 1 will be completed in a year. If any reason the work is delayed then the same quoted rate of stp 1 at the time of tendering will be increased by 5% in 2nd year and so on.
