Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of Non Destructive Test (NDT) and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge for Deposit-5 of BIOM at Bacheli Complex, Deposit-11B of BIOM at Kirandul Complex and Deposit-11C of BIOM at Kirandul Complex, Chattisgarh.

Preparation & submission of comprehensive Draft & Final Report, as per TS in all respect.

a) Deposit-5 of BIOM at Bacheli Complex, Chattisgarh.

b) Deposit-11B of BIOM at Kirandul Complex, Chattisgarh.

c) Deposit-11C of BIOM at Kirandul Complex, Chattisgarh.

NDT of RCC Works

Detailed Visual Inspection of each specified structure using stipulated instruments & taking photographs, all as per TS.

a) Deposit-5 of BIOM at Bacheli Complex, Chattisgarh.

b) Deposit-11B & Deposit-11C of BIOM at Kirandul Complex, Chattisgarh.

Conducting Rebound Hammer / Schmidt Hammer test, as per TS, at locations indicated by the Owner / MECON.

Conducting Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) test, as per TS, at locations indicated by the Owner / MECON.

Conducting Cover-meter / Rebar Locator / Profometer test, as per TS, at locations indicated by the Owner / MECON.

Conducting Half-Cell Potential test, as per TS, at locations indicated by the Owner / MECON.

Conducting Resistivity test, as per TS, at locations indicated by the Owner / MECON.

Conducting Carbonation test, as per TS, at locations indicated by the Owner / MECON.

Conducting Core Cutting & subsequent all stipulated Laboratory tests, at locations indicated by the Owner / MECON and filling of hole after completion of test, all as per TS.

NDT of Structural Steel Works

Carrying out Radiography test using X-ray/Gamma ray tests of all Butt/Groove welded run joints and making available test films/graphs, reports and interpretation of the test results for structural units of Dep-05 Bacheli & Dep -11B, 11C of Kirandul complex as per scope of work and TS provisions.

a) Deposit-5 of BIOM at Bacheli Complex, Chattisgarh.

b) Deposit-11B & Deposit-11C of BIOM at Kirandul Complex, Chattisgarh.

Carrying out ultrasonic tests of welded run joints and making available test reports/graphs, and interpretation of the test results for structural units of Dep-05 of Bacheli & Dep -11B, 11C of Kirandul complex as per scope of work and TS provisions including thickness gauging for corroded materials.

Note: 1. The quantities indicated are estimated values and are tentative in nature. Quantity may increase or decrease. 2. Final payment shall be made based on actual quantities to be executed & certified by the Purchaser.
