The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for past performance. - Years of Past Experience Required: 2 years - Percentage for Local Content: Minimum 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively.
