Supply &fixing, jointing, connecting and testing in treches XLPE/ PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum condutor in trenches/ ducts of following sizes including taking out cable cover and cable all as specified and directed: (a) 3.5 core 120 Sqmm - 570 RM (b) 3.5 core 185 Sqmm - 935 RM

Removing excavated materials n. exc 50m and depositing shere directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point

Earthing complete with Gl earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not Each less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal Set ground level connected to and including Gl strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of Gl & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 40 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out/ dismantling of old unserviceable LT XLPE Cable of size 35 Sqmm with necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, Outdoor type, of Suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 3 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2 MM thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment. Outer cubicle having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders with Ics = 100% Icu in all MCCBs with extended Rotary Handle. The cubicle should be inclusive of following: The cubicle should be inclusive of following: (A) INCOMING (a) MCCB thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 35 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 100 Amps make Legrand or equivalent in M/s Schenider/M/s Siemens-01 No. (B) OUTGOING (a) MCCB thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 35 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 100 Amps make Legrand or equivalent in M/s Schenider/M/s Siemens - 01 No. (b) MCCB thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 35 kA breaking cap, adjustable thermal release range 63 Amps make Legrand or equivalent in M/s Schenider/M/s Siemens - 01 No. (c) Multi function meter having LCD Display, 96 x 96 sq.mm-01 No (d) Current transformer of suitable ratio, Accuracy - 5VA, Class - 1. MAKE AE/NSDA/PRINZ ellinw and Blue 1 Each, Make AE/NSDA/PRINZ (e) LED/ INDICATORS RIBBED LENS WITH TRIMMED COLLAR- Red, Yellow and Blue- 1 Each Make TEKNIK/SELECT/L&T (f) Alumininum Bus bar of Rating 400 Amp R-Y-B Phases and neutral. (g) Base frame for cubic mounting made out of 40 X 405X 6 mm equal angle iron duly painted. (h) Foundation for the panel should provided with PCC 1:4:6 at a depth of 150mm below G.L and 100 mm above the G.L with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables.

Supply and laying of 90 mm outer dia, double wall corrugaed (DWC) duct pipe confirming to IS 16205 (Part 24) with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection all as specified and directed

M&L GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches all as specified for 80 mm bore of pipe

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil including taking out faulty cable/ cable, Cable covers and GI Pipes complete all as specified and directed.
