Providing and fixing partition from floor level up to the level of false ceiling with 1.5mm thick aluminium frame work of size 50x50 MM at spacing not exceeding 600MM center to center in vertical direction (Vertical member to be in one piece), and horizontal directions, covered with 12 mm thik approved make ply to be fixed on both sides including grooves, finishing as per design/details with 1mm tk. decorative texture laminates in one or more colours and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing solid door as per drawing made out of frame 100mm x 40mm by 12 mm approved make plywood sections for styles, midrail and top rails including 8 mm thik. marine plywood paneling on both sides with approved make veneer 4 mm thick including 25 x 12.5mm teak wood beading gluing material including with melamine polish including mortise lock, 12” long S. S. Handles, hinges, screws, door closer, and other hardware , cleaning, etc complete.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters, conforming to IS 2202(Part 1), interior grade, commercial type, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains, cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including hinges 35 mm. thick (single leaf), handle with cylindrical lock body, door closer and all accessories as required.

Providing and fixing wall paneling for all heights with 1.5 mm thick aluminium section of size 50x25mm at 2.-0 c/c in both directions, finished with 12.mm thik approved make ply & 4.0mm decorative texture venear and all surfaces to be finished in Malamine polish Complete to the as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing & fixing full height box bookshelf 500 MM deep, Storage to have top 25 mm BWR PLY, sides and front with 19 MM approved make ply, back to have 8 MM BWR ply, storage finished with 1 MM Decorative Texture veneer finish with melamine polish . shelves to be 19 mm thik. BWR board at approx. 450 MM distances.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick veneer on any existing laminate surfaces of Tables, Side Tables, , cupboards, panelling by removing existing laminate by Hot Iron. Rate includes applying lacquer polishing on all existing exposed wooden members including melamine polish.

Providing and fixing superior quality of Roman Blinds/Zebra blinds of approved cloth including all fixtures materials installation in design shape and size/ colour as per requirement and approved by engineer in charge Zebra blinds

Providing and fixing fabric backing commercial grade wall paper of approved shade with recommended adhesive of approved make which have 100% washable, scratch resistance, peel proof, and fire retardant properties. Cost to include fixing and installation as well.

Wiring for light point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in existing surface / concealed, steel/ PVC conduit and providing and fixing 5 amp modular type switch, modular base and cover plate and earthing the point with same cable etc. as requiredincluding Extra 30 point for providing and fixing light plug point on board in concealed PVC conduit point wiring with modular type 3 pin 5 amp socket outlet and 5 amp switch including cost of base and cover plate and G. Furniture repair work: This includes repair of existing furnitures like, dismantling of existing wardrobe and tables, hardware repair of table and storage cabinet, assembly of modular furnitures at the desired location, laminate door work for existing plywood cabinet, fixing of new handles on the existing shutters and adding extra shelf to the existing cabinet, etc (Handle fixing work of size 75/150/300mm )

Furniture repair work: This includes repair of existing furnitures like, dismantling of existing wardrobe and tables, hardware repair of table and storage cabinet, assembly of modular furnitures at the desired location, laminate door work for existing plywood cabinet, fixing of new handles on the existing shutters and adding extra shelf to the existing cabinet, etc (Channel fixing for drawers of size 300/600/750mm )

Furniture repair work: This includes repair of existing furnitures like, dismantling of existing wardrobe and tables, hardware repair of table and storage cabinet, assembly of modular furnitures at the desired location, laminate door work for existing plywood cabinet, fixing of new handles on the existing shutters and adding extra shelf to the existing cabinet, etc (Hinges fixing for doors/shutters)

Furniture repair work: This includes repair of existing furnitures like, dismantling of existing wardrobe and tables, hardware repair of table and storage cabinet, assembly of modular furnitures at the desired location, laminate door work for existing plywood cabinet, fixing of new handles on the existing shutters and adding extra shelf to the existing cabinet, etc (New laminated door/shutter work for existing cabinets)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick homogeneous Hardwood flooring on flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive @ 0.30 kg per sqm of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighting about 10 kg. all complete in approved colour and shade.
