Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Bajaj / Havells / Crompton / Jaquar Make ISI 45 watt, 230/250 volts LED street light fitting with all accessories like driver, heat sink made of die cast aluminium with IP 66 protection and 15 KV surge protection on pole bracket, including connection, earthing etc. complete as per specification and P.F. should be greater than 0.9. LED chip efficacy ratio ≥ 120 lumens/watt.

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type compartmentalized wall/ floor mounted power cum control panel board of specified size and Upto 300 mm deep depth made out of not less than 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with suitable size compartments for bus bars, switchgears and necessary cutouts for voltmeters, ammeters etc as per specifications including powder coating painting but without busbars, switchgears and other accessories etc complete as per specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 amp (20 x 5 mm) 4 pole (3 phase+neutral) aluminium bus bars in existing cubicle type compartmentalized wall/ floor mounted panel board along with suitable size and shape insulators, necessary bolts and nuts etc complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing ABB / L&T / Havells Make ISI 4 pole MCCB, 100A, Adjustable Thermal - Magnetic Release, 35 KA MCCB in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc.as per specification, IS/IEC:60947-2 and Ics = 100% Icu

Supplying and fixing of ABB / L&T / Havells Make ISI 40 Amps TP&N MCB, 440 volts, C curve, suitable for lighting and other loads in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as per specification.

Providing and fixing 4 pole, 415/500 volts 60 amps, rating (AC-1 Duty) power contactor in existing starter/cubical panel including, connections, testing and commissioning etc. as per specification.

Providing and fixing 100/5 amps rating current transformer in existing cubical panel including, connections, testing and commissioning etc. as per specification.

Providing and fixing panal mounting 230 volt LED type indicating lamp in existing cubical panel including, connections, testing and commissioning etc. as per specification.

Providing and fixing Analoge type Time switch (timer) in existing panel including connection, testing and commissioning as per specification.

Providing and fixing panel mounting digital type VAF (Volt-amp-frequency combined) Multifunction meter of size 100 x 100 (NS) in existing cubical panel including connection, testing and commissioning etc. as per specification.

Providing maintenance free earthing with 2 meter long GI Pipes and 25 kg back filling compound. size GI pipe including making bore pit of minimum 150mm dia, providing and laying approved make Earthing Electrode of Pipe-in-Pipe technology as per IS 3043(R 2016) -1987 made of corrosion free G.I. Pipes having outer pipe of 80mm dia and inner pipe of 50mm dia and filling with specified qty highly conductive compound around pipe and above that with soft soil in bore pit complete and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. as per specification:

Supplying and hanging Polycab / Havells / Gloster Make ISI 4 x 16 sq. mm. on 8 SWG GI bearer wire sizes one number FRLS PVC insulated / XLPE, PVC sheathed, steel armoured, aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade on GI bearer wire (binded at every metre) including cost of bearer wire complete as per specification, IS: 1554 (1988, Part 1) / IS: 7098 (1988, Part 1).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 4 x 16 sq. mm. (22 mm) size armoured aluminum conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per specification.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as per specification.

Supply and erection standard Rabbit 6/1/3.35mm dia with calculated aluminium area 52.88 sq.mm, weight 214 kg/ km (100 amps), ACSR (aluminium conductor steel reinforced) confirming to IS 398-1961 of approved make at existing insulator at height upto 14m from ground level including stringing, binding with insulator, jointing wherever required, jumpering, tearing off connection etc complete etc. as per specification including clearing off obstacle if any:

Supply and errection of 11 KV Polymer Disc Insulator with G.I. Bolt, Nuts and Straps etc. as per specification.

Supply and errection of RS Joist 175 x 85 or 175 x 90 mm 9 meter long 19.4 kg/Mtr Weight. HT over head line single length supports complete with aligning and keeping it in truly verticle position, including digging of required size filling with M15 grade cement concrete of 0.60 mtr. Dia of required depth around the pole including muffing of 0.50 meter from ground level of 45 mm dia with plaster & 02 coat of approved make weather proof paint as per specification with 20 cm thick base foundation refilling the pit including painting of pole with bitumen paint in bottom and one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminum paint etc. of approved make the depth of foundation shall be 1/6 of the length of pole.

Supply and errection of H Beam 152x152 mm 11 meter long 37.1 kg/Mtr Weight. HT over head line single length supports complete with aligning and keeping it in truly verticle position, including digging of required size filling with M15 grade cement concrete of 0.60 mtr. Dia of required depth around the pole including muffing of 0.50 meter from ground level of 45 mm dia with plaster & 02 coat of approved make weather proof paint as per specification with 20 cm thick base foundation refilling the pit including painting of pole with bitumen paint in bottom and one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminum paint etc. of approved make the depth of foundation shall be 1/6 of the length of pole.

Supplying installing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA 11/0.4 KV (Aluminium wound with tap changing arrangement) approved make BIS Energy Efficiency Level 2 (As per latest ammendment) distribution transformer of accepted standard specification aluminium wound outdoor type11/0.4 KV with hand operated off load switch, drain and filter valve, earhing terminals, filling of oil with installing on existing DP structure complete.

Supplying installing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 200 KVA 11/0.4 KV (Aluminium wound with tap changing arrangement) approved make BIS Energy Efficiency Level 2 (As per latest ammendment) distribution transformer of accepted standard specification aluminium wound outdoor type11/0.4 KV with hand operated off load switch, drain and filter valve, earhing terminals, filling of oil with installing on existing DP structure complete.

Providing and fixing outdoor type pole mounting weather, dust and vermin proof LT distribution box made of 14/16 gauge MS sheet with clamping arrangements, lockable hinged door duly painte on all sides with red oxide, antirust and corrosion treatment, two coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved make and shade consisting of following fittings.
(A) For 100 KVA 11/0.4 KV substation
a. 150 Amps ABB / Havells / L&T TP MCCB with neutral link for incoming 1 no.
b. 4 strip aluminium bus bar 200 Amps supported on epoxy insulators 1 set.
c. 150 Amps, 415 Volts HRC base with 200 Amp HRC-Fuse for out going feeder- 6 nos. & 3 Nos. for LT interconnection.
d. GI earth terminals 2 nos.
e. 7 lever Godrej padlock with keys 1 no.
f. Light point with switch and hoder, with 100 watt lamp 1 nos.

Providing and fixing outdoor type pole mounting weather, dust and vermin proof LT distribution box made of 14/16 gauge MS sheet with clamping arrangements, lockable hinged door duly painted on all sides with red oxide, antirust and corrosion treatment, two coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved make and shade consisting of following fittings.
(B) For 200 KVA 11/0.4 KV substation
a. 300 Amps ABB / Havells / L&T TP MCCB with neutral link for incoming 1 no.
b. 4 strip aluminium bus bar 400 Amps supported on epoxy insulators 1 set.
c. 250 Amps, 415 Volts HRC base with 200 Amp HRC-Fuse for out going feeder- 6 nos. & 3 Nos. for LT interconnection.
d. GI earth terminals 2 nos.
e. 7 lever Godrej padlock with keys 1 no.
f. Light point with switch and hoder, with 100 watt lamp 1 nos.

Supplying, laying and testing of Polycab / Havells / Gloster Make 300 sqmm single core Armoured XLPE insulated and over all PVC sheathed heavy duty Power cable (confirming to latest IS ammendment) 1.1 KV grade cable of approved make with aluminium shranded conductor in existing GI pipe/RCC hume pipe or any other pipe or in air on wall pole etc. with required material for connection/termination/i//c gland and lugs etc. complete as per requirement of works.

Supplying, laying and testing of Polycab / Havells / Gloster Make 150 sqmm single core Armoured XLPE insulated and over all PVC sheathed heavy duty Power cable (confirming to latest IS ammendment) 1.1 KV grade cable of approved make with aluminium shranded conductor in existing GI pipe/RCC hume pipe or any other pipe or in air on wall pole etc. with required material for connection/termination/i//c gland and lugs etc. complete as per requirement of works.

Making of internal connection of over head existing sub station structure consisting of transformer, lighting arrester A B switch D.O. fuses including providing and connection with 05 ACSR conductor, heat shrikage heavy duty PVC sleeves, soldering insulation tape binding etc. complete with all other necessary material complete and ready for charging as per IE rules.

Providing and fixing earthing arrangement with 40 mm dia B class Tata / Jindal / Surya Make GI pipe electrode i/c packing of charcoal power and salt as per specification watering pipe 20 mm dia GI with 40 x 20 mm reducer connection etc. complete with refilling the pit as required i/c excavation of pit in all type of soil providing and making brick masonry chamber of suitable size with CI frame and cover funnal etc complete as per IS specification.

Supplying, Laying, Testing & Commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty 3x50+1x25 +1x35 Sqmm. Arial bunch power cable confirming to IS: 14255 : 1995 or with latest amendment, 1.1 KV grade unarmoured cable of approved make with aluminium solid/stranded concuctor. The cable shall be laid in air as per specifications.

Supplying and installation of insulation piecing connector made of UV stablized thermoplastic materials with contact teeth of copper alloy materials, electro galvanized hexagonal head nut and bolt, pressure pad, rubber pads etc. complete connection of Street light/ Distribution Box/ Tee connection /Service connection suitable for 16 to 95 Sqmm. main conductor and 1-5 to 50 Sqmm tab conductor of AB cable.

Supplying and fixing of earthing connector (1 bolt type) made of extuded aluminium alloy with electro zinc plated M.S. bolt and washer, pressure epad top clamp etc. complete suitable for 2.5 to 50 Sqmm conductor of ABC cable.

Supply and fixing of Univercal Distribution Connector (Tee connector) made of extruded aluminium alloy with clectro galvanized MS U bend, both and washer etc. complete for 16 to 95 Sqmm uninsulated messenger wire of AB cable.

Supply and Fixing of Dead end/anchoring clamp made of extruded aluminium alloy with electro galvanized MS U bend. Both and washer etc. complete for 16 to 95 Sqmm uninsulated messenger wire of ABC cable.

Supply and Fixing of Suspension Clamp of Assemble made of aluminium alloy with electro galvanized MS bolt and washer plastic base cover etc. complete suitable for all size cable, bare messenger wire of ABC cable.

Distribution box (3- phase) for housing 5 nos. 10 Amps MCCB including acessories for fixing with pole suitable for AB XLPE cable.

Providing and fixing earthing arrangement for HT/LT poles with GI lead of 115 turns of 50mm dia connection with bracket/cross arm by pole with 4 mm dia GI lead through 15 mm dia B class Tata / Jindal / Surya approved make GI protection pipe of length from bottom of pole to 1.5 meters above ground level packing of charcoal powder and salt as per specification including excavation of pit in all type of soil / rocks etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing 12x16 gauge bar-bed wire ground the existing HT/LT electric pole for safety measures as per IE rules including all staples and all other necessary materials complete as required as per specification.

Supplying and Fixing of 11 KV Denger board on HT Pole.

Providing and fixing 25 x 3 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 16 Sqmm single core unarmored cable, 1100 volt Grade.

Design, manufacture, supply and fixing of outdoor type floor mounted weather, dust and vermin proof of IP:55 type LT main feeder pillar distribution box made or 16 gauge MS sheet with clamping arrangements, lockable hinged door duly painted on all sides with red oxide, anti rust and corrosion treatment, two coats of synthetic enamel paints or approved made and shade consisting of following fittings.
(i) Supplying and fixing 63 Amp TPN MCCB, 36 KA ABB / Havells / L&T approved made for incomer connection - 01 Nos.
(ii) Supplying and fixing 100 Amp 04 Strip aluminium bus bar supported on epoxy insulator - 01 set.
(iii) Supplying and fixing 40 Amp TPN MCCB, 25 KA ABB / Havells / L&T approved make for outgoing connection - 03 nos.
(iv) Supplying and fixing GI earth terminal - 02 nos.
(v) Supplying and fixing 07 lever goderaj padlock with keys - 02 nos.
