PLY BOXING Partition made of 18 mm and 12mm thick ply with Finish (laminate finish). All complete as per detail drawing, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

U-SHAPE-CONFERENCE TABLE (VENEER FINISH)- Providing and placing in position veneer finished conference table in approved shape of sizes as specified as per details . The top is made of two layers of 19 mm thick commercial board finished in 4 mm thick veneer. The legs are made out of 100 mm box made out of 2 nos. of 19mm thick commercial board treated with fire retardant and antitermite paint.Structure will be supported with M.S/Aluminium tube 50mmx25mm size. All wooden exposed surfaces to be finished with 4 mm thick veneer. The top and edge band to be finished in PU finish/ polish as per approved shade and as directed by Architect. Other exposed surfaces to be finished in melamine polish as per approved shade. Cost to include Borer/ Ant termite treatment for wood/ plywood/ board. Electrical, data and projection outlets fittings of approved make shall be provided minimum one number for 6 seats. Conference table of size 9100 mm long and width as per detailed drawing attached. Light provision to be made inside the conference table dead area to maintai n the electrical wiring etc. and two trap doors to be provided of approximate size 450 mm x 500 mm to access the dead area including Stainless Steel hardware. PU finish on top & melamine all other exposed surfaces. All internal unexposed areas to be finished with antitermite and fire retardant paint. ONLY TOP SURFACE IS MEASURED FOR SIZE. as per specifications and as per directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I), core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial ply finished with decorative laminate on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. Hydraulic door Closer, Mortise Lock, Towerbolt, Door Magnet of approved quality as per I.S.I. standard fitted and fixed complete. DOOR(1.80X1.80M)

Low height storage:- Low height Storage unit of size 1800x300x600 internal surfaces of cabinet shall be finished with laminate. cabinet made up of Shutter, Sides, internal dividers, top & bottom of cabinet shall be made up of 18mm ply/Prelaminated Board. Rear Back of cabinet shall be made up of 8 mm thk.ply/Prelaminated Board. Drawer - both sides, bottom, rear back shall be made up of 12mm ply/Prelaminated Board. Internal rack shall be made up of 19mm ply/Prelaminated Board. Shutter Shall be made up of 19mm thk. block board/Prelaminated Board. All external exposed surfaces of cabinet including top and skirting shall be finished with laminate (external) of approved shade/make. All internal surfaces of cabinet shall be finished with laminate(balancing) of off white shade.

False ceiling work- Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm. The profile sections as per specifications and shall be approved by the engineer-in-charge prior to use. in complete.

Flat edges are duly sealed with 2 mm thick PVC beading. The modesty panel is to be made of 18 mm thick plain particle board, clad with 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate on both sides.Structure will be supported with M.S/Aluminium tube 50mmx25mm size. Wall painting with acrylic luxury emulsion (plastic) paint of required shade to give an even shade , as per specification and directed by Engineer in charge. a. On new work (two or more coats)

Supply of Blackout Roller Blinds having the DRIVE UNIT shall be of moulded plastic with steel spring support and inserted into the tube end. It shall be driven by a ball chain melamine Pulley with ball chain and can be positioned at right side or left hand side of the Shade. The Shade when lowering or raising, shall be automatically locked in position upon release of the ball chain by means of a built in friction lock. The END PLUG shall be moulded of plastic with a steel location pin. The plug shall be inserted into the tube end. (Opposite to the Drive Unit).The SUPPORT BRACKETS shall be of coated steel & provided with covers and used in right hand or left hand positions differentiated by the acceptance of the of the rectangular drive unit support or the round idler plug pin.as per specifications and as per directed by Engineer in Charge. The ROLLER TUBE shall be of extruded aluminum with 38mm internal diameter & skin thickness of 1mm and shall incorporate a keyway integra l with the tube to accommodate the spline. The outside diameter of the roller tube shall be 40mm.The BOTTOM RAIL shall be a stiffening element inserted into a bottom rod pocket. The material may be timber, PVC covered steel tube or VB Bottomrail. The BALLCHAIN shall be 2mm diameter cord with 4.5mm diameter acetal balls moulded co-axially to it on 6mm pitch to form an endless ballchain. It is used for raising or lowering action of the shades. The Fabric shall be PVC free, 100% Polyester, 100% Blackout with Fire retardant, Recyclable, Anti Static, Dust repellant, Sanitized, Scotch guard treated fabric with UV blockage up to 99%. (in Meeting Rooms ) as per specifications and as per directed by Engineer in Charge.
