Acoustic Wall Paneling (Lower Level):- Providing and fixing Slated Wooden ions to be fixed on walls. The panels shall be high density Acoustic panel with lineal perforations fiber board with melamine laminate finish of size 2440mm x 128mm x17mm with 4mm grooves at 28 mm pitch toungue and groove edges for seamless mounting having density of above 800 kg/m3 and system NRC of 0.83 as per IS 8225/ISO 354/ASTM 423C. The back of the panels are perforated with 10mm diameter circular holes with a nonwoven fabric covering of 0.2mm for providing Sound absorption via the acoustic impedance method. Panel is to be fixed on 50mm Gl framework consisting of 48x36x34x0.5mm thick GI Studs wall channels & 50x35x35x0.5mm floor channels @ 600mm c/c back support with 75x12mm ply strip as recommended by the manufacturer with screw fixed horizontal / vertical to wall in tongue & groove system. The cavity of Gl framework should be inserted with 50mm thick 1000GSM, thermally bonded polyester fibre for better insulation. The shade of panel will be approved by architect or engineer in charge.

Dismantling existing Acoustic pannel in wall including stacking within 50 metres lead :

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume .hardening compound is mixed @ 2 litre per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturers specifications. Taking out false celling and refixing in its position as per instruction of Engineer Incharge

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion): Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion): Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non- woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick

Providing and laying indoor badminton court sports wooden flooring of 1st class Teak wood as per undermentioned specifications : Surface board - 21mm thick1st class teak wood,55 to 93 mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape.The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special anti termite and water resistant lacquer. The under frame-Pine wood runners of 70mmx 45mm, treated with anti-termite treatment and fixed over 19mm thick EPDM air cushioned pads,stappled through the two wings at 350mmx 350mm or 300mmx 350mm . Installation- IPS subfloor treated with a vapour barrier to be placed on the levelled IPS subfloor before laying under the frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350mm interval in one direction. The surface board to be scerewed to the runner through tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the board will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge groove and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion of 8 to 10mm to be left open between the wooden flooring and sorrounding tiled area/walls. Finishing- After installation, the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with P.U. Polishing water based polyurethane lacquer. Game line marking to be carried out in required colors before applying the finishing coat all complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge. The material should have 5 year warranty against manufacturing issues.
