Belt weigher with all electricals and C&I instruments which are factory installed / coupled with mechancial equipment / frame / arrangment.

Weigh Bridge of 100 MT capacity with all electrical and C&I items which are factory installed / coupled with mechancial equipment / frame / arrangment

All Instruments like PCS, BSS, CBS, ZSS , Pressure , Temperature , level swithces / transmitters , Limit switches, position swithes / encoders , solenoids and all its erection accessories and controllers requried for the Gypsum handling System.

Electrical , Control & Instrumentation Panels and Components : Local Starter & Control Panels , VFD, LPBS , LCS with push buttons, Control valve stations for Dust supression system, CJB , PJB, FSU , PDB, ACDB, ACFB , UPS, Charger, welding sockets and receptacles , control transformer, etc for conveyors, flap gates, tripper , ventillation system, sump pump , dust suppression system and all GHP package equipment and systems.( As applicable)

AC & DC -Illumination system - with conduits, wires, lighting fixtures, supports, erection accessories, Lighting panels , LDB, Street lighting poles & fixtures , Street lighting panels, Sockets etc

Power Cables and lugs and glands for complete GHP package , including illumination system

Control Cables and lugs and glands for complete GHP pacakge includign interfacing cables if any

Instrumentation, Screen , comunication , trailing , flexible cable and special cables with lugs glands and connectors for Complete GHP package with interfacing cables if any.

Earthing Materials which includes earth rods, salt, charcoal, bentonite , chemical compound requried for achievign the earth resistance of 1 ohm for electrical equipments and 0.5 ohm for DCS & instrumentation system and above ground earthing.

Erection Materials and accessories : Cable Trays , Steel, PVC , Hume pipes / conduits with all erection accessories for cabling, Steel for panel erection , cable tray supports, all types of clamps, anchor fasteners , Hardwares, glands, lugs, ferrules , clamping materials , consumables like welding rods, oxygen gas, etc for the installation of all electrical , control and instrumentation equipments and cables.

Other Miscilleneous electrical & C&I items Fuses, MCB, contactors,auxiliary relay, busbars, OLR Relay, required for GHP during commissioning and for replacement of failed electricals like in the electrical MCC feeders of BHEL supplied MCC and vendor supplied panels of GHP package.

ERECTION & COMMISSIONING (E&C) Services

Installation Services for entire GHP including all equipment/systems as per scope defined in NIT specification comprising of receipt, unloading, handling, transportation & storage at site, lifting/shifting to closed/open storage, insite transportation, to make approach road wherever required, Round the clock security at open storage yard , closed storage shed & erected material till completion of work, assembly, complete Erection, alignment, carrying out Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, trial run at site, Touch- Up painting at site after erection and carrying out Performance Guarantee Tests, Reliability Test Run, Functional/Demonstration tests at site (As applicable), obtaining Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC), Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) and handing over of the equipment & systems under GHP complete with all accessories for the total scope defined as per BHEL NIT & tender technical specification, amendment & agreements issued till placement of order. ( Except for items indicated separately under Electrical, C&I as per Electrical Scope)

Services of all items indicated separately under Electrical , C&I as per Electrical Scope matrix Anexure-1 and (Section C of technical enquiry specification) for GHP system starting from receipt at site, unloading, lifting/shifting to closed/open storage,storage, shifting to erection location, to make approach road wherever required, round the clock security of closed & open storage and erected material, Erection, alignment, Carrying out Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Performance Guarantee Tests, Reliability Test Run, obtaining Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC), Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) and handing over of the equipment’s which is under the scope of supply and service of the bidder and BHEL free supplied items. Complete E&C for all electrics, C&I including BHEL free issue items as per Annexure-1

Above is inclusive for all contractual obligations including submission of Drawings, Documents, QAP, Painting schedule, O&M manual, Erection manual etc., in required number of hard and soft copies as per enquiry specification, bidder’s offer and all recorded discussions etc.

Items/ equipment mentioned in the Price format doesn’t indicate comprehensive scope of work & nor exhaustive and this price format must be read in conjunction with BHEL’s enquiry specification (along with all enclosures therein), subsequent amendments, corrigendum, correspondence.

Any item which is not mentioned in price format, but is required for completion of the system shall be in bidder’s scope of supply, without any extra claim by bidder, at later stages after award of contract. For this, bidder is requested to visit site. Any concerns have to be raised by bidder during pre-bid stage.

The price to be Quoted strictly as per the price format.

The un-priced format (Marked QUOTED or NOT-QUOTED against each item, without disclosing the rates) shall be uploaded by vendor along with techno-commercial offer.

All items shall be as per NTPC NIT specification.
