The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of similar nature, such as "Building construction/Building Renovation/Toilet Construction/Toilet Renovation works". The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 121.00 Lakhs or two works, each of Rs. 151.25 Lakhs or one work of Rs. 242.00 Lakhs in a single contract of similar nature of works during the last 07 (Seven) years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the total required annual value of general construction work, which is Rs 1452.00 lakhs. Therefore, the bidder should have completed similar works worth at least Rs. 726.00 lakhs. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work, excluding GST, of Rs 1452.00 lakhs, with at least Rs 726.00 lakhs of this work being of a similar nature to the current project. This indicates that the bidder should have completed similar works worth at least 50% of the total required annual value. For works completed before the GST regime, the experience value will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes. The details of similar works completed during the last seven years should be provided in the format-Form-A with supporting documents issued by the client.
