Stitching of structural cracks in the vaulted roof /ceilings using local brick & lime mortar matching the traditional lime mortar and bricks as existing in the historic structure after raking, cleaning and washing the cracks, as directed by Engineer incharge/ Architect, and including all leads lifts and carriage. All complete.

Restoration and repairs of Lakhori/country brick masonry of Walls in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1sand); As per original

Providing & Constructing brick slab/ roof vault, domical/curve roof in Nanakshahi bricks/Lakhori bricks in lime mortar 1:2 (1Lime:1sand:1surkhi) as per traditional practice in matching detail, thickness as per original evidences on site. Item is including all required material, tools, equipment and all leads & lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of Project Manager

Terracing consiting of tiles 22.86x11.43x3.83cm laid over 25 mm mud plaster 7.5 cm mud filling on another layer of 25mm mud plaster including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg. /Sqm top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 and top surface to be left clean after wire brushing

Supplying/ filling good quality earth taken from borrow pits lead 29 km and manual carriage as per site requirement complete inn all respect and as per the direction of Project Manager.

Wrought iron & Mild steel ladders, framed grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars riveted or molded forged framed window guards, barred iron doors stair case iron railing etc. including cost of bolts and nuts, screws, welding rod complete fixing in position

Fine grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 30 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growth after 10 to 15 days, mixing fertilizer and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, watering, weeding and maintenance for 30 days or till thick lawn is formed. - Planting Selection no. 1 grass roots in rows 5 cm apart in both directions.

Digging of pits in all kinds of soil & refilling the same, with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed farm yard manure @ 30% of pit volume and insecticide for termite control

Supplying and planting permanent shrubs in prepared pits and watering

Supplying and stacking at site of work well decayed farm yard manure from approved site of work including screening through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm with 5 km lead.

Supply and installation of garden bench - Cast Iron bench of 1800 mm length, 900 mm width, 450 mm seating height, sides made of cast iron. Seat and back shall be made of 10 strips of M.S. pipes 63 mm x 25 mm of 14 gauge with one M.S. Flat 25 x 10 mm welded at the centre, below and back of the seat and back rest. Spray painted with approved brand paint. Fixed by grouting with 1:2:4 cement concrete (Minimum weight of each bench 105 kg)

Providing and fixing pair of Plastic dustbins 100 litre volume each, of two different colours, for dry and wet waste, made of virgin plastic to be mounted on MS rectangular hollow section 50 x 25 x 3 mm frames pivoted on 3 MS square hollow section verticals, 1 m above ground, one 35 cm RHS welded to each vertical member at base and grouted in 180 x 40 x 30 cm 1:2:4 cement concrete.

SITC of 4 mtr. height Steel poles are made out of Galvanised Mild Steel Tubes having 114 mm dia at bottom and 75 mm dia at top with cast alum. Embellishment Q3. The Poles are primer coated and painted with Polyurethane paint. Poles are suitable for single side post top luminareies. The poles has a service window at the bottom comprising four way 25 amp connector terminal and a MCB. Poles has a mild steel base plate having four numbers mounting holes as per require and can be mounted with four numbers anchor bolts. Ref LUXMax-SP-114-402, Mayfair, K-Light. Item to include all amterial and lobour complete as per Specification and entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

SITC of LED 40 watt large size post top fixture are made of cast alum. housing with power LED's are mounted directly on extruded alum. heat sinks. A UV stablizes PC/PMMA diffuser is provided for glare free lighting with high visual comfort. Ref make LUXMAX-PT-162 40 watt. in warm white, Mayfair, Klight. Item to include all amterial and lobour complete as per Specification and entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

SHEET METAL CUBICAL PEDESTAL, TOWER STRUCTURES, HT & LT LINE ITEMS, MS CHANNELS, BRASS GLANDS, ALUMINIUM & COPPER THIMBLES: Supply and erection of Sheet metal cubicalpedestal made from 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle iron frame with 5 sides welded & covered with MS sheet 2mm thick & front side hinged with 4" hinges & locking system with single/ double door openable placed on MS strip of size 12.5mm x 2.5mm thick welded with MS sheet, 4Nos. legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle iron each of 600mm long with MS sheet 100mmx100mmx6mm thick at the bottom end of the legs. Front door welded x-sectionally with MS flat 25mmx5mm. The front side with MS sheet each 75mm wide & a bend of 75mm width outwards & inwards on all sides with tappered top 200mm high and pedestal with 4 Nos. supporting members each of MS flat 50mmx6mm thick according to cubical size duly welded & complete pedestal to be painted with 1 coat of red oxide & 2 coats of paint & bonding to the existing earth. The Pedestal platform should be filled with 1:2:4 cement concrete mixture and erected 150mm high from the top of the cement concrete platform. The job is to be completed as approved by Engineer-in-charge:-
