Running and Maintenance including House Keeping and catering services of Guest House cum transit camp accommodation of PSPCL at Kothi No. 33 Sector 10 A, Chandigarh which shall include Running of Reception services ,Kitchen services, Sweeping, Maintenance of lawns, general upkeep of Electrical fittings and equipments including Supply and Maintenance of Tools and equipments, Laundry services, Pest control and Rodent control, Supply of House Keeping Consumables etc. required as per detail given in N.I.T. for proper Maintenance of Guest House cum transit camp accommodation of PSPCL at Kothi No. 33 Sector 10 A, Chandigarh as per specifications, special terms & conditions for one year complete in all respects as follows: 1) Cook- 3 nos. = 365 days 2) Bearer- 3 nos. = 365 days 3) Sweepers/ Peons- 2 nos. = 365 days 4) Telephone Attendent- 1 no. = 314 days 5) House Keeper- 1 no. = 365 days 6) Electrician (1 no.) = 365 days 7)Part time sweeper for 3 hrs daily per month- 1 no. = 12 months
