Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a)Size 600x600 mm.

Coloured Granite stone tiles 15mm to 20mm thick in skirting, risers of steps, dado walls and pillars laid in 12.5mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone, including rubbing and polishing including labour for fixing dowel pins and cramps.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

P/F of partly glazed partition with designed glass film consisting of Partal soft wood battens of sizes (3"x2.5") covered with 12mm thick commercial ply on both side and finished with 4 mm thick teak ply on both sides including polishing complete in all respect as per design given at site. N.S.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.

Providing and Fixing ceiling at height upto 4 mtr consisting of 12.5mm thick Gypsum Board of any size G.I. Cradling hanged from the ceiling by means of G.I. hanger complete as per drawings, specifications and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-InCharge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion and chawkhats

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and labour for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC Plug / neoprene gasket required

Providing Polyester Powder coating 50 micron any coloured specified to alumnum section of various sizes including carriage of material from market to workshop & workshop to site of work.

Providing & fixing ACP Sheets of various thickness High Class ISI marked complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(ii) 4mm thick ACP Sheet.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC Plug/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item) (i) Float glass panes of 5 mm thickness.

Providing/ fixing of 4mm thick teak ply of make century, as selected by Engineer-in-charge on existing wood work including polishing complete in all respect. (N.S)

Kiln seasoned Hollock wood doors shutter with 12mm thick phenol Bonded BWP ply ISI Marked anchor, Kit ply, Nova Teak, National Or equivalent including Hinges, Screws, Shocks Cleats, Stops and Cords etc. complete fixed in position (Single Leaf). (a) Phenol Bonded B.W.P. ply panel (ii) 35 mm thick.

Providing & fixing 6" stainless steel handles ISI marked on door & window frames complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 6" stainless steel tower bolts ISI marked on door & window frames complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 12" stainless steel tower bolts ISI marked on door & window frames complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing hydraulic door closer ISI mark with necessary screw etc. complete (c) I.S.I Designation No. III (size of door 851mm to 1000mm)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortise latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles with necessary screws etc. complete (best make of approved quality).
