Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using Acryllic Wall Putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish including priming coat to make an even surface before applying Acrylic wall putty on new plastered surface.Complete as per specifications

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade (two or more coats)

Providing and applying plaster of paris (ISI marked such as JK, Kohinoor, Maharaja etc.) punning 6mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster in patches of Area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 Metres lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand) Taking area 2.5 sqm

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Dismantling brick work tile, masonry or tile lining In cement

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.

20mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in two coat work

Chowkats of commercial hardwood such as Hollock confirming to ISI specification no1003 mkiln seasoned of doors and windows including iron hold fasts, corner straps cleats, stops, bolts for hold fasts etc, complete fixed in position (Section 60mm x 150mm) Single Rebate (60mm x 100mm)

Providing and fixing of wall panelling with wooden frame of 2.5" batten, 18mm commercial with 4mm thick teak ply veneer (Centuryply/Greenply), finished with melamine polish as per design selected complete in all respect.

Factory manufactured flush door fixed in position iron hinges, etc (excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position (Code : II Revision IS-2191 Part-I) 1973 Decorative with teak facing on both sides edges lipped with teak with laminated core(iii) 35 mm thick (CSR 17.27 (iv))

Providing and fixing of 4mm thick teak ply veneer (Centuryply/Greenply), finished with polish both sides on existing wooden work as per design selected complete in all respect.

Providing and applying texture paint, complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing commercial plywood 18mm thick

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet 1mm (1Star) thick with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

Providing and fixing teak wood beading to door windows chowkats with iron screws fixed in position complete as per design and shape required

Spirit polishing two coats including a coat of wood filler on wood work

Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror/ eggshell polished , Marble stone work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers of steps etc., in required design and pattern wherever required, stones of different finished surface texture, on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per Architectural drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (a) 18 mm thick Italian Marble stone slab,Perlato, Rosso verona, Fire Red or Dark Emperadore etc.

Providing and fixing of MDF Jali (Class-1 brand) enclosed in wooden frame, finished with polish as per design selected complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing of Lacqured glass 8mm thick as per approval

Providing & fixing 6" stainless steel handles ISI marked on door & window frames complete inall respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of hinges 5'' complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing 8" stainless steel tower bolts ISI marked on door & window frames complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing hydraulic door closer ISI mark with necessary screw etc. complete (c )I.S.I Designation No. III (size of door 851mm to 1000mm)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes,M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding
