RCC foundation shall be constructed from cement concrete mixture M-20 grade of ratio 1:1.5:3 of size 500mm X 500mm X 1200mm high, (including 200/300mm projection above the ground level) above the foundation base. (including removal of malba from site)complete in all respect as required.

Reinforcement with Tor-steel should be as Under:

Horizontal rings made from 8mm dia = 6Nos

Vertical rods made from 10mm dia 46” long = 8Nos

Supply & drawing following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

3 X 1.5sqmm

Supply of Aluminum conductor XLPE insulated armoured & served cable of following sizes and rating.

Aluminum conductor XLPE insulated armoured & served cable working voltage 1100 volts grade 4 Core, 10sqmm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) or through bockey as per site physibility including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40mm dia including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate and having locking arrangement and watering pipe extra with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with G.I. thimble etc. as required.

Supplying Installation, testing and commissioning of following LED Street light/Floodlight fitting :

Max..45w streetlight fitting with suitable size of bracket for installation having lumen output minimum 6300 lumens, body shall be made up of Die cast aluminium housing, luminaire shall have minimum IP66 Protection ,IK 08, THD should be less than 10% , life of led should be minimum 50000 burning hours with 4+10 kv minimum surge protection. The contractor will be submit UL lab tested certificate of min. 01 fixtures.

Max..70w floodlight fitting with suitable size of bracket for installation having lumen output minimum 9450 lumens, body shall be made up of Die cast aluminium housing, luminaire shall have minimum IP66 Protection ,IK 08, THD should be less than 10% , life of led should be 50000 minimum burning hours with 4+10 kv minimum surge protection. The contractor will be submit UL lab tested certificate of min. 01 fixtures.

Supplying Installation, testing and commissioning of LED post top of min. 45 watt with size 400mm (top dia) x 330 (height) or above, body made of die cast aluminium, IP 66 protection with system efficacy 120 lm/watt, THD10%, IK 10, LED life min 50000 burning hours @ LM70 , Inbuilt Surge Protection 6 KV internal and 20 KV External.Complete in all respect as required on site and sample should be approved from EIC before installation.

Supplying Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 W±1 W LED Bollard round/square Shape and hollow in between with high power led source, Floor Mounted, Aluminium Housing , efficacy min 70 lm/watt, Height min. 800mm. The luminaire shall have CCT of 4000K and CRI of minimum 70, PF0.90 and THD10%. The luminaire shall have min IP65 protection. The LED shall be compliant with Useful L70 life of 50000 Hrs with 4 KV ±1 internal and 10 kv external surge protection. The job also includes erection of bollard with GI fasteners (if required) of size min 8'' long and supply & Erection of iron casing made out of wire mesh welded at four sides with 6 " long legs duly fixed in foundation with M.S. sheet of required size & locking arrangements . The size of the casing / oar is min. 12 " x 12 " x 42 " to cover the Bollard fitting of size minimum 800mm high. The casing should be painted with two coats of superior quality paint of approved make. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of existing bollards with wire casing, poles with posttop/fixtures from foundation including demolishing old foundation with clean the surface, panel, disconnecting the cables, remove old wire casing and removal of malba from site and make the site clean. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Add GST@6.33% on all items

Rebate of dismantled bollard, poles with posttop,brackets, wire casing, cable termination box, wires, panel etc.
