Three shift operation and comprehensive maintenance contract ( including labour and material for major repairs) of complete HVAC system installed at Library and Bhargava auditorium comprising 3 Nos. chiller (80 TR each) (voltas make) cooling tower 3 nos. (100 TR each) chilled water pumps. Of 7.5 H.P each (4 Nos.). condenser water pump of 10 H.P ( 4 Nos.) 1 No. Hot water generator of 180 K.W 2 nos. booster pumps of 5 H.P each A.H.U’s (7 nos.) main electric control panel, sub control, console panels, exhaust fan (2 Nos.) electric sub panel and all other works contingent there to be complete in all respect. The job shall also include cleaning of air filters, grills, diffusers, washing/flushing of cooling coils, cooling tower de-scaling of chillers/flushing of cooling coils, cooling tower, de-scaling of chillers/condensers cleaning of plant room and all A.H.U’s rooms etc.
