Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes, with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in Floors, skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and laying Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 100 (average compressive strength not less than 105 kg per sq.cm.) in Foundation and plinth in :

Supply of conference table 8 Seater of approved make size of table 8'-0"x3'-0"x2'-6". The table shall have facility of wire manager as per seat arrangment & front modesty panel above from floor lvl. The edges of table should be very smooth, rounded & prefinished. The wooden prelaminated finish shall be same on table as whole. The table can be in assembly Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in - Charge.(Ref:-N.S.)

Supply & Fixing of Modular Workstation without partition Overall size: 1150 mm L X 600mm D X 750mm Ht . The frame shall comprise of vertical uprights and horizontal member (box type) as knock down or welded structure in U-Shape profile. The vertical uprights and horizontal channel shall be made from 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. The metal frame shall be powder coated in Grey/Ivory/Black color after giving anticorrosion treatment. Level adjuster to be provided at the bottom of the verticals supports.Note: In back to back sitting arrangement vertical upright shall be single. Metal Raceway.Two metal raceway shall be provided below the working top keeping appropriate distance for electrical and internet wires respectively. Raceway shall be made of 1.0mm thick CRCA sheet or aluminum extrusion. Necessary cut out for switches, sockets and internet port shall be provided on raceway.Frame Joinery: - The frame shall be joined to each other with the help of galvanized nut and bolts. The side(only at ends) & back of workstation table shall have modesty panel sheet of CRCA of 1mm thick sheet.(Ref:-N.S.)

Work Top: - Work top shall be made of 18 mm thick water proof and fire-retardant High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate. Working height of the work top shall be 750mm. Gable end: Gable end or support below the working top shall be made out of 40 x 40 x 1.2mm thick CRCA pipe(box type). TILES 1. Metal Tiles: It shall consist of 0.8mm thick metal tiles made of CRCA sheet duly powder coated. 2. Pin Up Board: 12mm thick tack/pin up board shall be provided on vertical panel i.e above work top for pin up board finished with approved cloth fabric. The key Board trey shall be of same material i.e. HPL or HDHMR 16mm thick laminated sheet up to 21" in width.

Providing and making wooden table for printer 3'-0"x2'-0"x2'-6". The table to be made of 19mm thick ply board to be supported on 4 legs of 1.5" x1.5" hollock wood section duly painted.The table shall have openable shutter storage. the tbale shall be finished with 1.0mm thick approved laminate inside & outside along with necessary hardware. . Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge(Ref:-N.S.)

Supply and making of wall side credenza (side table/Rack) of size of 4'-0"x1'-6"x2'-6". The Credenza to be made of 18 mm thick HPL Board prefinished laminate. The frame shall be made of 18mm thick HDHMR sheet. The Unit shall have one pull out drawer, one open able shutter storage unit, openable shutter storageshall have rack/ shelves etc. SS hardware PVC Buffer. The credenza shall be finish with same refinished laminate. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in - Charge(Ref:-N.S.)

Revolving Chairs of approved make or equivelant: Seat width: 465mm Seat depth: 480mm Back Height : 440mm Back width: 450mm Chair seat(shall have 11mm thick ply) and back(shall have 11mm thick ply) shall be made of PU moulded foam(40mm for seat & 32mm for back support or as per manufacturer) upholstered with high quality (fire retardant) fabric. Seat and back shall be provided with PP outer back cover. Chair shall have back tilt mechanism. Arms shall be solid made of PP materials. Height adjustment shall be achieved with hydraulic mechanism. Base of the chairs shall be made of sheet metal and duly chrome plated having 5 twin nylon casters for free movement or as per manufacturer specification. The edges of seat & back shall be finished with Flexible silicon strip. (Reff. N.S.)

Providing and fixing zebra roller blinds (strip/sheet/semi transparent) of approved shade and colour with revloving rod, motion strip , transverse chord pulleys and control unit along with head rail to be made of heavy duty PVC). The blinds shall have protective coating on louvers /strips must be streamlined profile . The mecahnical part of aluminium metal shall be precaoted . Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge.(Ref:-N.S.)

Providing & fixing factory made commercial flush shutter/door of 32mm thick ISI marked and lipped all around with teak wood margin including oxidized MS fittings i.e. handle, hinges, tower bolt, sliding bolt(250mm long). The Door is to be finished with one coat of wooden primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint.Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Ref:-N.S.)

Providing and fixing 19mm thick water proof ply board shutter(to be finished with 1.0mm thick wooden laminate) to be fixed with necessary hardwares. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Ref:-N.S.)
