Cement Mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand)(Ref:-N.S.)

Providing and fixing 3" thick, wooden partition. The partition include 2"x2" well seasoned soft wood frame duly treated with antitermite coating. After fixing the frame, 12mm thick BWP ply on both side fix on frame then 1.0mm thick approved laminate shall fix on both side of partition above ply. The work includes necessary cuttings, holes, openings for electrical, internet or other services on the partition. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Ref:-N.S.)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick toughned glass partitions /door with pivot top and bottom, heavy duty fitting including required accessories such as S.S Handle, patch fittings, SS Channel, silicon fillers, up to all leads & lifts. Complete in all respect satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Ref:-N.S.)

Supply & Fixing of Modular Workstation without partition Overall size: 1200 mm L X 600mm D x 750mm Ht . The frame shall comprise of vertical uprights and horizontal member (box type) as knock down or welded structure in U-Shape profile. The vertical uprights and horizontal channel shall be made from 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. The metal frame shall be power coated in Grey/Ivory/Black color after giving anticorrosion treatment. Level adjuster to be provided at the bottom of the verticals supports.Note: In back to back sitting arrangement vertical upright shall be single. Metal Raceway.Two metal raceway shall be provided below the working top keeping appropriate distance for electrical and internet wires respectively. Raceway shall be made of 1.0mm thick CRCA sheet or aluminum extrusion. Necessary cut out for switches, sockets and internet port shall be provided on raceway.Frame Joinery: - The frame shall be joined to each other with the help of galvanized nut and bolts. The side(only at ends) & back of workstation table shall have modesty panel sheet of CRCA of 1mm thick sheet.

Work Top: - Work top shall be made of 18 mm thick water proof and fire-retardant High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate. Working height of the work top shall be 750mm. Gable end: Gable end or support below the working top shall be made out of 40 x 40 x 1.2mm thick CRCA pipe(box type). TILES 1. Metal Tiles: It shall consist of 0.8mm thick metal tiles made of CRCA sheet duly power coated. 2. Pin Up Board: 12mm thick particle board shall be provided on vertical panel i.e above work top for pin up board.(Ref N.S.)

Storage cabinet shall be of size 645mm Ht x 300mm L x 450mmD. Drawer and swing door shall be lockable. Modesty panel or back shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet. The welding wherever is required to be carried out with Resistance welding (Mig Welding). The complete body undergoes degreasing, derusting, phosphating & passivation before being powder coated and baked in oven at a temperature of 200oC. Supply & Fixing 3-DRAWER PEDESTAL UNIT IN CRCA SHEET CONSTRUCTION(with fire retardent paint) Overall Size: 400mm (L) x 520mm (D) x 690mm (Ht) The body and drawers of the pedestal unit is made of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet and drawers’ front facia is made of 1 mm thick CRCA sheet. Provided with two small drawers and one big drawer. Two upper drawers’ size: 430mm L x 320mm B x 150mm Depth. Big drawer size: 430mm L x 320mm B x 265mm Depth All drawers move on telescopic channels. All drawers are provided with PVC insert handles. All drawers are lockable with single key. Provided with nylon level adjusters.Cutting and bending of the CRCA sheet to be done in CNC machines to ensure the quality of end product. The pedestal unit is to be made with Dies, Zigs and Fixtures so as to achieve precision and a complete interchangeability of components. Supply & Fixing of Key board trey of minimum size 14" X 23" made of 16mm thick HDHMR sheet to be finished with 1.0mm thick wooden laminate of same shade of work top, along with finishing of edge banding. Supply & Fixing of Metal CPU Trolly (with fire retardent paint) shall be made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet and to be provided with 4 nos 30 dia nylon casters, two are lockable. The Surface is to be finished with Fire Retardant Paint. (Ref N.S.)

Supply & Fixing of File Storage Cabinet Overall size: 645mm Ht x 300mm x 450mmD Body of the storage cabinet shall be made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet and doors to be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet. Provided with two adjustable shelves thus making three storage compartments. Doors shall be fixed with the help of steel hinges. Doors are lockable. The complete body undergoes degreasing, derusting, phosphating & passivation before being powder coated and baked in oven at a temperature of 200oC. Visitor Chair Seat size: 410mm X410mmBack size: 410mmX260mmTo be built from 25mm dia 1.2mm thick CRCA Steel tube in cantilever shape. The pipe is bent into S shape; with heavy reinforcement at the bends to make it strong enough for bearing heavy cantilever load. The chair is so shaped that it gives very high seating comfort & stability. The seat and the back to be cut from 10.8mm thick hot pressed commercial ply and be provided with 40mm thick on the seat & 25mm thick on the back, 40 density polyurethane foam, upholstered with superior quality (fire retardant) fabric. Steel welding wherever required, shall be done by MIG welding process to minimize distortion and for the deep penetration of the weld. All the steel components are pre-treated for de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating. After proper pre-treatment, the steel components shall be finished with fire retardant paint and oven baked at temp. Above 200 deg. C to provide scratch resistance surface coating film of thickness 40-45 microns. (Reff. N.S.)
