Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years as indicated, which is 3 years. 2. Past Performance: The bidder should have a past performance of 80%. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 3 years: The number of Financial years for Experience Criteria - 80%: The percentage for Past Performance - 7 years: The residual market life of the products offered by the bidder - 50% and 20%: The local content requirements for Class 1 and Class 2 Local Suppliers, respectively - 25%: The percentage up to which the purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period - Certificate regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made (for Make in India products) - Udyam Registration (for MSEs to avail purchase preference) - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. - Declaration relating to percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies.
