MUNICIPAL CORPORATION CHANDIGARH (Office of Medical Officer of Health) Detailed Notice Inviting Tender (DNIT) E-tenders are hereby invited on behalf of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh from the firms/individuals/contractors for removal of dead animals from the municipal limits of Chandigarh for a period of one year or till the installation of incinerator plant by the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh whichever is earlier. The number of firms/bidders found to be competitive is more than one and their rates quoted are at par, then the contract will be allotted by draw of lot. 4. In case, the date of receipt/opening of tender is declared or happens to be a Public Holiday, the tenders will be received/opened on the next working day at already prescribed time. 5. The hardcopy of Earnest Money (in original) of Rs.20,000/- should be submitted in the office of Medical Officer of Health, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh before the closing date and time of tender as per prescribed format given at Annexure – A. 6. The bidders are required to upload the documents as prescribed in check-list mentioned at Annexure-C. 7. Each page of the tender document and Annexure - A to E as well as requisite enclosures must be signed in full by the tenderer/bidder and should bear the rubber stamp/seal of the firm affixed on each page must be attached. Any cutting/overwriting etc. should also be initialed. Any infringement of these conditions, the tender shall be rejected. 8. Price Bid shall be quoted by the bidder through e-tendering as per BOQ pattern. 9. The Bidders shall have to submit the Price Bids on-line in Electronic Format Digital Signatures for participation in the e-tendering process, the bidders need to register themselves on On registration, they will be provided with an user ID and a system generated password enabling them to submit their bids on-line by using Digital System Certificates (DSC). 10. Tenders without digital signatures will not be accepted by the Electronic Tendering System. No tender will be accepted in physical format. 11.
