Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) ( DSR 6.1.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar works as required. ( DSR 10.25.2).

Providing and fixing MS flat Gate having flat size 50x12mm having 5’-0” long and 2’3” high of each openable shutter welded with 2 nos. MS flat 40x10mm including 25x10mm horizontal below top flat horizontally at 6” upper and 6" from bottom and 9 nos. MS square bars of 45 degree angle at 6” center to center including 2 nos MS Channel 75x40mm in posts having 2nos. channel welded to form post of size 75x80mm & 5'-0" long (3'-0" above ground level and 2'-0" below ground level) with lugs 1'-3" long 2 nos. MS flat 40x10mm at bottom under each post to be provided on both sides of shutter with 2nos. hinges for openable arrangements with sliding bolt for locking arrangements and gate shall be properly embeded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1’-6”x1’6”x2’-0”) be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS flat railing having flat size 50x12mm (2"x1/2") 4’-0” high (3' high above ground level ) welded with 02 nos. MS flat 38x10mm horizontally at distance 9.5" upper and 9.5" from bottom and 1 nos. M.S. flat 25x10mm on the lower side of top MS flat including 8mm Ms Square bars of 45 degree angle at 6” centre to centre between the 02 nos. horizontally MS flat iron. The rates also includes the cost of 2No. 12mm dia nut and bolts with 02 nos. MS pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long imbeded in ceme sleeve piece embeded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1’-0”x0’-9”x1’-0” be painted with three coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing MS flat railing l having flat size 50x12mm 6'-0" long and 2'-3" high above ground level and 1'-0" below ground level welded with 2 Nos.MS Flat 40x10 mmhorizontally at 6” upper and 6" from bottom and 10 nos. MS square bars of 45 degree angle at 6” center to centerbetween 2 nos horizontally MS flat 40x10mm including the cost of 2 Nos. 12mm dia nut and bolts with 02 nos. MS pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long sleeve piece. The bottom of vertical MS flat 50x12 mm welded at bottom and railing shal be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1’-0”x0’-9”x1’-0”. The complete railing shall be painted with three coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS flat Revolving gate with 4 panel having flat size 50x12mm 1'-4" long of each panel welded with 75mm dia MS pipe 2'-3" long for revolving shutters and 2'-3" high above ground level and 3'-6" below ground level and 5 nos. MS square bars of 45 degree angle at 6” center to center between the 2 nos horizontally MS flat 50x12mm including the 1 no. MS pipe 50mm dia in posts having 4'-6" long with 1 no. MS flat 40x10mm at bottom under post to be provided the 4 panel revolving and gate shall be properly embeded in cement concrete 1:2:4 be be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand ) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. ( DSR 13.5.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 fine sand) flush/ruled/struck or weathered pointing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 13.31.1)

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re-plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (DSR 14.17).

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead. Engineer in charge ( DSR 15.56).

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade:- new work ( two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm. ( DSR 13.46.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : one or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)

Carriage of building rubbish by mechanical transport including loading, unloading lead of 20-21 Km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying JK putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete ( DSR 13.26)
