Providing and fixing dual-directional delineator made out of 16 gauge M.S. rectangular pipe of size 25 x 68mm and of length 600mm. Pipe stove enamelled and baked to 120ᵒC powder coated. Head made outof ABS plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided with High Intensity Prismatic Reflectors of colour (white/yellow/red) of size 100 x 125mm with additional 2 reflective strips of 25mm wide.Embedded in CC 1:2:4 of block size of 9” x 9” x 6” Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of M-3 or equal solar cat eye road stud with top of solar stud should be trasparent for solar charging and the base of body shall be yellow or white of size 100x100mm die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 27mm to 30mm upto a depth of 60mm and bedded in a suitable bitumious grout or epoxy mortar all as per BS 873 part 4:1973 complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of flexible mediam marker as per IRC 79-2019 which shall be made of combination of tough high impact resistant moulded thermoplastic body alontwith florescent yellow colour retro reflective type XI sheeting with maximum exposed reflective aera 90sqcm having overall height of minimum 180mm, width of minimum 120mm body thickness of minimum 605mm and shank depth 30mm. The product should bend upto 90 degree on both sides without breakage or damage complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing reflective 3M Or its equalents raised pavement marker with moulded shanks made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 tape H and complying to specification category A of MORTH circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dated 11.06.97. the height, width, length shall not exceed 50x100x100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks (Diameter not less than 19+/-2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500kg. The rates also includes cleaning of road surface and fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture’s recommended and complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
