Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR : 6.1.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. as required. (DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and fixing M.S flat gate having flat size 50 x12 mm having 5'-0" long and 2'3" high of each openable shutter welded with 2 no's M.S flat 40 x10mm including 25X10mm horizontal below top flat horizontally at 6'' upper and 6'' from bottom and 9 no's M.S square bars of 45 degree angle at 6'' center to center including 2 no's M.S. Channel 75x40mm in posts having 2no's channel welded to form post of size 75x80mm & 5'-0" long(3'-0" above ground level and 2'-0" below ground level) with lugs 1'-3" long 2 no's M.S. Flat 40x10mm at bottom under each post to be provided on both sides of shutter with 2 no's hinges for openable arrangements with sliding bolt for locking arrangements and gate shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1'-6"x1'6"x2'-0") be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfication of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm,(2"x1/2") 4'-0" high(3' high above ground level) welded with 2no's M.S. flat 38x10mm horizontally at distancwe 9.5" upper and 9.5” from bottom and 1no's M.S. flat 25x10mm on the lower side of top M.S. flat including 8mm M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat iron. The rates also includes the cost of 2 No. 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long imbeded in ceme sleeve piece embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" and painted with three coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S flat Revolving gate with 4 panel having flat size 50 x12 mm 1'-4" long of each panel welded with 75mm dia MS pipe 2'-3" long for revolving shutters and 2'-3" high above ground level and 3'-6" below ground level and 5 No's M.S square bars of 45 degree angle at 6'' center to center between the 2 No's horizontally M.S flat 50 x 12mm including the 1 No's M.S. pipe 50mm dia in posts having 4'-6" long with 1no's M.S. Flat 40x10mm at bottom under post to be provided the 4 panel revolveing and gate shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfication of Engineer- in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.5.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.31.1)

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 14.17)

Finishing walls with acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 sqm. (DSR 13.46.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)

Job work for painting of entry gate steel board with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand including removing of old paint, using scaffolding and writing of letters on both sides of existing board size 18'6"x1'7" in desired color, design and shape as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

18mm Thick Rubbed Red Stone Flooring Over 20mm Thick Base Of Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand) With Joints 3mm Thick, Side Buttered With Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Stone Dust) Admixed With Same Mortar Red Sand Stone.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 15.2.1)

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within lead of 50m. (DSR 2.8.1-2.36)

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, and excluding of disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dresses (DSR 2.6.1-2.36)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:8:16 (1 cement: 8 sand: 16 stone gauge40mm ) mixed with mechanical mixture complete in all respect. (The rate includes carriage of stone agreegate from C & D plant MC Chd)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (4.1.2)

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR 11.1.1)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(D.S.R-16.83)

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (DSR 16.82)

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 20mm Cement Mortar 1:3 complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick high density factory made cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-30 grade made by rubber mould table type platform and of approved size and design /shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 20mm Cement Mortar 1:3 complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Carriage of building rubbish by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 19-20 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost).(DSR 16.85)

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board conforming to IS: 1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints. (DSR 5.28)

Providing and applying JK putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(DSR 13.26)
