Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow MS tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing rockwool of make Rockwool or equivalent of density 50kg/cubic metre and thickness 50mm and (Fire Performance : Non-Combustible/A1 Fire Classification) in already existing MS frame, the rockwool is to be fixed in the 2'x2' space in the MS frame complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. (Note: The test certificate of the material shall be required)

Providing and fixing paneling with 12.5 mm thick fire rated Gypsum board conforming to IS: 2095: part I (make Gyproc or Knauf) , fixed to existing grid of tubular frame of size 2"x2" at 2'0" c/c on one side fixed (i.e. horizontal and vertical ) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing fire rated door( minimum 120 minutes fire rating) with Frame Manufactured out of Hardwood Mirandi / Teakwood/ MS/as specified by the manufacturer of nominal section 120mm x 70mm or specified by the manufacturer with Hardwood Internal Timber Framework or as specified y the manufacturer with minimum door shutter thickness of 52mm and glazing with 11.5mm fire rated glass of size 3'x1.5' or as specified by manufacturer and Calcium Silicate Board with Shutter infill insulation – Wool insulation infill and Intumescent Seal Size – 20mm x 4mm – 1 Nos for frame and Intumescent Seal Size – 20mm x 4mm – 1 No for door shutter with Both side 3mm Commercial Ply/Commercial ply with Laminate/ as specified by the manufacturer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge (Note: The test certification shall be provided from Govt Institute / agency for material used bearing fire safety norms).

P/f exit sign board (green led) with battrey backup and size 6"x12" including fixing the board at desired location with wiring and input, complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of EIC

Finishing walls with fire retardant paint of intumescent and cementitious type of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 3.26 ltr/10 sqm over and including fire retardant priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of EIC

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure fire retardant 1mm thick laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish of make grenlam, merino or equivalent bonded with specified adhesive complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of EIC

Supply of factory built floor mounted double skin type horizontal/vertical lift pressurization system units made of 25mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized G.I. casting of thickness 0.6mm outside layer and 06mm inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with SISW backward curved centrifugal blower section with blower suitable for static pressure as required, motor will be directly connected with fan without motor and pulley arrangement motor with TEFC drive motor of efficiency class IE2 suitable for 415+10% volts suitable for VFD operation, 50Hz, 3 phase AC supply suitably designed for variable frequency drive applications motor of pressurization system should be outside the air stream. All the bearing of motor and fan should be outside the air stream. (a) Air Quantity-6000 CFM at 50mm to 60mm static pressure.

Providing and fixing Fire Damper with Actuator of make Honeywell or equivalent on Ductable Units complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing M.S. sheet of thickness 5mm cut and welded in required shape at various levels at ducts for isolation of the floor., including providing with one coat of primer and two coats of approved steel paint etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height on already existing frame including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) :2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)
