Painting of cemented bollard with white snowcem and Grey Paint or approved paint. The work shall be exectued to the entire satsifaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Minor Repair of Cemented Bollard with snowcem complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 1.5 sq. mm DSR 1.17.3

Painting of pedestal with P.O. red paint complete in all respect and bonding to the existing earth etc. and platform of cement concrete 1:2:4 around the pillar box . The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

PAINTING & NUMBERING OF POLES 4.5 Mtr. LONG:- Painting of poles above ground level with two coats of Al paint of Nerolec/Asian/ICI duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The pole surface should be cleaned well by removing dust/rust & other depositions Numbering on the pole be done on two sides on each pole with yellow and the number should be written in black letters of 3” in length.The Cement collar around the pole should be painted with two coats of good quality white colored snowcem. The job includes the cost of paint of existing Junction box cover with Red paint and any other petty material require to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

S/E of Collars of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made form cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia. 16”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the ground up to 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 10” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box. c) The collar shall be provided with 2 PVC Pipes of 40mm dia. and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the Jn.Box. d)n The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of snowcem of superior quality. (e) Providing and Fing Junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement, provision for MCB/Kit installatin provision alongwith connector strip of 30 amps rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminium cable termination. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect to the best satisfaction of Engg.in.charge.

Supply and laying of insulated 2 core x 10mm2 aluminium multi conductor twin core flat unarmoured cable to fixed on the suitable clamps and nuts /bolts etc make finolex/ lapp/ polycab/ havell's or its equivalent of ISI marked. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Erection of Three Phase Sensor based Timer and Contactor assembled in 22 gauge CRCA sheet enclosure duly powder coated with the following accessories (Three Phase) of Make Amsons /L&T/Scheinder or equivalent as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. It shall conform to latest relevant IS Code:- 1. It shall have 3 contactors of capacity 40 Amp. Each of made BCH, Legrand, L&T or Siemons. The contractor should be of AC-3 duty 2 pole, 220/240 V coil Voltage. 2. It shall have Auto/Manual switch, light activated switching system with allied accessories as required. 3. It shall have kit-kat fuse unit of 40 Amp capacity. The fuse unit shall conform to latest relevant IS code for protection of timers, bakelite sheet & other components as per requirement as site. 4. It shall be housed in a powder coated 22 gauge M.S sheet cabinet fo its protection. 5.The device shall be provided/fixed in the existing pedestal box in such a way so that it operates at correct time i.e. at rising/setting of Sun. The Sensor shall be included time watch to operate as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Warranty:- IT SHOULD STAND WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR TOWARDS ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

Providing and Fixing of RCC Bollard of size 3'-6' height and 16" in dia made out of 1:2:4 cement, sand and bajri mixture for providing with Button Holder and Jalli for bollard light to illuminate the existing pathway. The RCC bollard should be reinforced with 4 Nos. vertical M.S Bars of 8mm dia and 30" in length and 3 nos.rings of circumference 47" and 8mm dia M.s bar. The PVC junction box of Hensel make KF9105, Cat No.1535 alongwith 2 nos.brass links of suitable size required for cable termination and the 2x1.5mm2 multistandard copper conductor PVC insulatedwire shall be used for making connections from junction box to fitting. The Bollard should be neatly casted by using M.S Shuttering and plastered thereof with 1:6 cement and sand mixture. The top of the bollard shall be covered with 25mm thick Kota stone of 16.5" dia. the cost includes painting of bollard with two coars of snowcem of approved color and make including all labour and petty material to complete the job to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of 10"x7"x4" size M.S. Junction box cover of 16 gauge M.S. Sheet tappered for protection from water, rubber gasket welded with hinges painted with Red oxide primer complete in all respect, including fixing on the existing pole, fabrication as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing danger sticker of 5.5'x5.5'of suitable size as per requirement at site and with inscription of "DANGER" and danger sign in red & yellow colour or as directed by EIC.The job includes cost of labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Snowcem of CC Collar

Dismantling of CC Collar & and lifting any Malba from site and dumping at the appropriate place.

Dismantling of existing Old damaged Bollards along with junction box and CC Foundation. The cost includes the disposal of malba from site to suitable dumping place & dismantled material will be delivered at the centre store by contractor. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in charge.

Repair and Installation of Glowing Board of the shape of Rose. The job includes repair of LED light in the pattern of rose on the base plate including replacement of faulty driver and fixing the structure in the Rose Garden by digging inside the ground. The work should be done to the entire satisfaction of the Engg. in charge.
