Complete Repair and service of Flow Sensor DN 800 (Through Manufacturer), Electro Magnetic Type by Replacement of Flat elliptical Electrodes, Solidly fitted, surface polished in SS316/Hastealoy C276, haing electrical conductivity 20 joules S/cm and hard rubber liner having ambient temp -25 to +60 Deg. Cel and process Temperature -5 to +60 Deg Cel with in protection IP65 equivalent to NEMA6 having F Class insulation and Terminal box are in die cast aluminium/SS304 as aplicable with suitable grounding rings in SS304, precisely calibrated through manufacturer by way of 3 point calibration to make it compatible with existing Signal converter, Microprocessor based. Max Load:-500 Ohms, duly calibrated at site by making compatible it with existing SCADA System having parameters equivalent to Actual Flow Rate, Totallized Flow) Flow Direction, Fow Velocity, Mass Flow Rate (At constant Desnsity ) and having power supply factor 85-250 VAC, 50/60HZ.

Re-installation of 800 mm dia Flow Sensor of Krohne Marshall Make by Dismentalling of MS pipe line 1000mm dia at both end cutting of additional MS pipe at one end to make space for dismantling and removal of dis-mentalled M.S. Pipe from Trench and Lowering of repaired flow tube in trench with help of Crane and Jointing the flow tube assembly by welding complete in all respects including cost of New Nut Bolts and Gasket for High Pressure Line rating etc.

Recalibration of 800MM Dia Flow Sensor with existing signal convertor (Through Manufacturer) at Water Works Sector-32, Chandigarh.
