Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of fully automatic, cyclic Timer, VFD control Fogging system for Odor control complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of EIC. The system will comprise of following equipments/parts:SS body Triplex Plunger Pump Powered fogging system having flow rate of 15 LPM, discharge pressure of 70-80 Bar with 3 HP foot mounted motor. Network of High Pressure PE Pipe of size 3/8" of approximately 25-350 Rmt length fixed at any height with the existing frame. Anti Drip Nozzles with connectors: 200 Nozzle of 0.2 mm each. PVC Water Tank of 2000 Ltr capacity alongwith all plumbing connections. Pressure guage and pressure regulator to control the consistency of pump pressure. Safety system i.e. Circuit breaker for electrical safety, inlet filteration system, Dry run ssensor, Phase failure protection. (For the items, Refer the DNIT Section III, Scope of work and Particular specifications points no. 3.3)

Supplying and Erection in position framework for fixing of High Pressure PE Pipe comprising of MS hollow square Pipe of size 1", including the cost of scafolding, fixing at any height with the existing truss complete in all respect to the satisfaction of EIC.

Supply of Odour neutralizer concntrated liquid blend of essential oils with dilution range of 1200:1 to 1500:1, helpful in converting odour molecules in non-volatile compound reducing both odour concentration & intensity.
