Wiring for group controlled light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq mm FRLS, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in recessed medium class PVC conduit and earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. complete as required.Make: Finolex/Polycab/Havells/KEIGroup - C

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required. ISI approved.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps “C” curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. ISI approved.

Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 10 mm sq PVC INSULATED Aluminium armoured cable loose in trench/ pipe:- Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 10 mm sq Aluminum conductor armoured cable of make Havell's/ Finolex/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Cirtina/ Polycab/ KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable shall be laid as per DSR Code 7.1 MV CBPIP (external). The job included all Connections, Commissioning and testing of phase. Supply complete in all respective to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The specification of the cable as below:- i) Conductor – Aluminum ii) Core – 4 iii) Working Voltage – 1100 V iv) Nominal Cross Section – 16mm2 v) Minimum No. of Wire – 7/6 vi) Insulation Thickness – 1.0mm (Nominal) vii) Inner Sheath Minimum Thickness – 0.3mm viii) Outer Sheath Minimum Thickness – 1.40mm ix) Nominal size of Armoured Wire/Strip – 4x0.8mm x) Approximate O.D. – 22mm Maximum d.c. Resistance at 20 Deg. C – 1.91 ohm/km The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying of DWC pipe 50/63mm with hand bockey:- Supply and laying of 50/63 mm (I/D& O/D) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) High Density Polyethylene pipe (HDPE Density 240 to 958 KG/Cm3) having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall with average wall thickness for outer layer as 1.1+0.1mm and for inside layer 1.2+0.1mm conforming to IS 14930 (P-II) and PSEN-50086 (P-I & II) of Make Gemini/Mohindra eco/Supreme. The pipe should be laid 3 feet below ground/road level with hand bockey without cutting of road for laying cables etc. including cost of digging and refilling of pits complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying of DWC pipe 50/63mm with out hand bockey:- Supply and laying of 50/63 mm (I/D& O/D) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) High Density Polyethylene pipe (HDPE Density 240 to 958 KG/Cm3) having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall with average wall thickness for outer layer as 1.1+0.1mm and for inside layer 1.2+0.1mm conforming to IS 14930 (P-II) and PSEN-50086 (P-I & II) of Make Gemini/Mohindra eco/Supreme.. The pipe should be laid 3 feet below ground/road level by digging the ground upto 3 feet or cutting the road/paver blocks upto required level & laying of DWC pipe for laying L.T. (up to 1.1 KV grade) cables etc. including cost of digging and refilling of pits/Trench complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work.

G.I. Earth pipe electrode with salt/ Charcoal: Supply and laying of earth electrode made out of ISI marked 'B' class G.I. pipe 4.5 Mtr. long 40 mm dia including accessories. GI pipe electrode shall be cut tapered at the bottom, and provided with holes of 12mm dia, drilled not less than 7.5 cm from each other upto 2 Mtr. of length from bottom. The earth electrode shall be laid in ground after boring as per CPWD specifications complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

P/F 6 SWG GI earth wire in pipe: Providing & laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode, as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole of make L&T/Havells/Schneider/ABB Make.

P/F of LED luminarie of size 2'x2' of 30-36 watt (595x595 mm) recess/ surface type including driver with system Lumens 3600-4000 Im having efficacy of minimum 100 lm/W. THD 10%, PF 0.95, Having coloured temperature 4000-6500 K recess type suitable to be fixed in Armstrong/ grid ceiling. The fitting should provides soft light and glare free symmetrical illumination and is to be fixed in the existing false ceiling frame or surface of make Havells/Surya/Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/ Twinkle alongwith connection, testing and commissioning erc. This job also includes all petty material required to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Warranty:- The fixture should be comprehensively warranted to be repaired or replaced for any defect within 5 years of installations.

Supply & Erection of 1x18 watt retrofit LED tube rod with Channel/batten Supply & Erection of 1x18 watt retrofit LED tube rod with Channel/batten made of aluminium housing with PC diffuser Lumen out put should be more than 100 lumens per watt (1800 LUM) with LM 79 report from NABL. The make of the fittings should be HavellsPhillips/Wipro/Surya/ Bajaj/Twinkle. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/E of Ceiling Fans 1400mm sweep without fan regulator including M.S. pipe as per site requirement and wiring complete in all respect Make Crompton/ Usha/ Bajaj/ Khaitan/Havells including making connection with 23/.076' flexible wire to be adjacent fan point with regulator . The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply & erection of Exhaust Fan (heavy duty12” sweep (300mm) 900 RPM of Bajaj/Usha/Khaitan/Havells/crompton make complete with motor blades along with louver to be installed on existing hole in wall/glazing with suitable arrangement. The rate includes cost of all labour,carriage to site, testing, commissioning of Exhaust fan & connection to existing light panel. The job shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing following Modular base & cover plate on existing modular metal boxes etc. as required.
