Repair and Maintenance/service of Capacitor Bank Installed in main LT panel including replacement of defective capacitor and component as per given below 1.Capacitor 15KVR (15*3=45KVR) 2. 12 Step APFC Relay 3. Capacitor 440V HD 15 KVAR. 4. Capacitor Duty contactor (MOC 15). 5. CT 600/5A CL-1 15VA Resin cast/nylon Casing. 6. Exhaust fan with filter. 7. SP MCB 6A, 10KVA. 8. Thermostat with 1CO. 9. Red/green indicator 10. Modification. 11. Wiring. 12. Labour. The work should be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Minor repair and Maintenance/service of 315/400 KVA dry type CSS (compact Substation) including 6 month warranty and following check must be done as part of during Maintenance./service all cables, joints , end termination , HT and LT panel cables are included in this estimate.Parameter :- A) Testing Schedule 1. General checking including record of all parameters. 2. Record running WTI Temp. of Transformer and its wire tightness checks . 3. Opening of HT/LT Box and physical checks for nay abnormalities like moisture. Rust heating etc. 4. Physical checks for earth connection and ensure proper tightening. 5. Check and adjust all trip/alarm setting in HT panel relay (if panel is in our scope otherwise take data from client. B) Testing Schedule 1. General checking testing of transformer. 2. Insulation resistance test 3. M.B test 4. V/R test 5. Magnestising current testC) Testing Schedule 1. Checking of panel control wiring, AVR setting and Suto/manual operation. 2. function/Trip test fro, WTI, with HT panel 3. All fastener tightness checks for HT/LT busing and cable 4. Checking load on each phase of distribution system and ensuring that load is within limit and no MCB, switch, cable is over loaded. The job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mmX600mmX6mm thick including 25mmX5mm GI GI strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut bolt spring washer excavation and refilling etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
