Supply & Laying of flexible PVC insulated FR PVC sheathed 3 Core 1.5 mm2 Copper Cable conforming to IS - 694:2010 of make KEI/ Havell's/ Cirtina/ Finolex/ Lapp/ Polycab within the already erected 9 mtr Steel Tubular Pole and within bracket fitted on pole with the help of ladder/crane. The job include the cost of dismantling & re-erection fitting, bracket, managing traffic using proper precaution, making the required connection as started above and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge precautions of the work.

Dismantling of existing Ceiling Fans and re-erection after disconnection complete in all respect including the petty material required to complete the work. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Erection of Fan Rod 3' long made from 16mm dia G.I. Pipe. The job shall be completed in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing old/ Damaged Fittings including the petty material in all respect required to complete the work. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Gas Charging of AC Split type 1.5/2 TR to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 28 gauge copper piping between indoor & outdoor unit complete with sleeve type Kini insulation including the cost of chasing of brick wall, RCC & repairing the same in good conditions as per site requirement to the size & design of manufacture. size of copper pipe 5/8"x3/8". The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/I/TC of 6-9W LED DownLighter with CCCV Driver, Protection IP 20, Rated Voltage 230V, CCT 4000k, Surge protection 3.2kV, Operating Volatge Range 100-270V, CRI 80, Beam Angle of LED 120°, Junction Temprature 80°, Working Temprature - 10° to 50°, Working Humidity 10% to 90% RH, Life 50,000 Hrs, THD 10%, POP Mounting, PDC housing and Colour Temperature 3500-4000K with all the required features and all the NABL Accredited reports to be submitted and fitting to be get it approved from Engineer-in-Charge. Makes should be of Trilux/ Osram/ Philips/ Twinkle Lux-Max total system Power consumption 6-9W complete in all respect as required. All LED lights free replacement at site for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery, Toll free number shall be provided by the supplier to the client for all LED lights, Exhaust Fan etc. complete in all respect, as requried.

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm.
